We had 2 nights stay at this hotel before we shift to their sister hotel another 2 nights. All i have to stay, our choice was made with no regrets. Special thanks to Duong who made our stay in Hanoi exceptionally memorable! She and her staff gave a service that exceed 6 stars! We were totally grateful and touched for all that they have done for us. Apart from the service, rooms were really nice like what u see in the photos. Clean, big and comfortable. Location is good. We will definitely be back there again!
Brilliant hotel. Well located. Wonderful staff....nothing too much trouble..1st photo is Quan and another of incredible staff who made our stay so enjoyable. 2nd photo is our bed when we arrived. Thank you. James and Nicky
A fantastic hotel with helpful and friendly staff. Duong contacted me before we arrived to enquire whether we needed an airport transfer. She stayed in touch to make sure we found the driver even though it was 1.30am and she was not at work - excellent customer service! Duong and her colleagues also provided helpful tips and advice for our time in Hanoi, including booking restaurants and the puppet show. We stayed in a duplex suite, which was fantastic. The breakfast is very tasty and had great views from the 9th floor restaurant. The rooftop bar is also highly recommended - lovely cocktails and what a view! The hotel is ideally situated in the old town but close to the lake and French quarter too. Highly recommended.
We are a Korean couple. I made a reservation after watching the review on YouTube. La Siesta Premium Hang Be Hotel was the best hotel of all time. Clean, nice interior, best service provided. The room size was big and there was another room. The breakfast was very delicious. The interior of the restaurant was the best. The most wonderful memory of my trip to Vietnam was the kindness of the hotel staff 'Quan' who was in charge of our couple. I was moved by his meticulous service and manners. If a friend goes on a trip to Vietnam, I would recommend this hotel. If I visit again next time, I will reserve this hotel again. the best hotel in my life
La Siesta Hang Be is well-located in the heart of the Old Quarter making it a stone's throw away from great eateries, markets and other tourist spots. The service is to be highly commended - accommodating, attentive and personalised, the team goes the extra mile to send you recommendations from dining spots (catered to all dietary requirements including vegetarian/vegan), to spas and to the best time to visit sights such as the flower market. Duong from the concierge team is excellent and is quick to respond to queries over WhatsApp - do ask for his guidance if you're paying a visit. Grateful for a great stay, will definitely be back!
This hotel was gorgeous and reminded me so much of our boutique hotel in Paris, France. We had a great stay with them. We got complimentary breakfast (that we only took advantage of only one day as our schedule was hectic, and we basically had to rush so can't really do a full review on it... But I got some pics) and their pho broth was pretty darn good. I wish I'd gotten to eat there more often. The people are nice and helpful. We kept needing them to bring us ice because there's no fridge in the room (just a small cooler). Our PREMIUM DUPLEX SUITE had an outdoor bathtub and that was amazing. It has a see through curtain you can draw for privacy. It was 2 floors so we had a beautiful SPIRAL STAIRCASE leading up to a loft bedroom that has multiple views downstairs. the rooms with staircases are awesome... until you have to use the restroom downstairs in the middle of the night. Important for those who need to make multiple trips to the restroom in the middle of the night. Just be extra careful and you'll have a blast. (Or opt for a room without stairs... Those rooms look gorgeous as well... But no outdoor tub?) We even had a balcony on the second floor that you can look out into the city (and on the side, a view of the hallway by the elevators) There are some quirky things about this hotel to know ahead of time: 1) they have 1 elevator that services the whole building. Because there's a restaurant and a rooftop bar at the top, u have to compete with the people trying to get up there and back. No need for a key card to get to any floor because of these public spaces. We took the stairs once because the elevator was taking so long, but hey that was an experience on its own since it's not a continuous staircase. There are doors on either side of the elevator; one leads to a staircase going up and the other going down. And you only go one floor at a time. It's a fun thing to do when you're not in a hurry and for exercise. 2) there's no driveway so the street is literally by the front stairs. Cool thing is that there's a veranda with comfortable couches for you to wait at for your Grab or smoke. 3) pretty sure they don't have a pool, sauna, gym, or any kids area. 4) they have restrooms that don't say male or female... They're more like innuendos... Not sure if that was on purpose haha. We didn't know and my husband got surprised when my niece came out of the men's side. Nice hotel overall. Did I mention it's walking distance to the historic Cafe Giang? (Or our favorite drink shop, Aha Cafe?)…
I stayed at La Siesta Premium boutique hotel in Hanoi with my family from 14 th to 17 th September 2022. I am extremely happy with the services of Ms Ruby who took charge of us completely to make us comfortable. The hotel has an old charm in terms of decor and the staff is always smiling. It is situated in the middle of shopping streets where we found amazing clothes, shoes and bags. This hotel is beautiful and we will always stay here on our next visit soon. Thank you Ruby.

La Siesta became our sanctuary. The bed was comfortable and the facilities of a high standard. What made our stay most memorable were the wonderful staff who worked there. Lam took care of every question we had, booking us tours and making our requests a reality. Dat even walked us to the chemist to ensure we got what we heeded. Every staff member greeted us with a genuine smile and were interested in what we were up to today. I would always recommend staying at La Siesta.
Richard provided exceptional customer service. He saw that I was struggling and offered to locate my missing passport. Richard also helped my friends wedding planning with short notice and even came to the hotel on his days off to make sure the wedding plans went to plan! I have travelled around many countries and hotels and I would like to say this is the best customer service that I have experienced by far from Richard! I will be returning back in the near future! Thank you Richard and the team at la siesta!
