Staff are so helpful, accommodating and welcoming. Incredibly comfortable beds, rooms are pitch black at night, good hot water, cool A/C and a very generous breakfast. Would absolutely recommended to anyone staying in Old Quarter.

This was the best place we stayed in Hanoi. Staff was super helpful. They let us leave our bags during Ha Long Bay tour. Clean sheets. AC worked well in private room. All day coffee and tea was a nice treat.

Good value for money hostel. We booked a quadruple room and it was clean, room has air con and bathroom is ok as well. Location is good, in the old quarter. Breakfast buffet 2$, including eggs, sausages and rice. Although, recommended tour prices are so expensive, almost double that old quarter's agencies.

Stayed here on our last night before returning home. Used their airport service, which was very reasonable, and much cheaper than getting a taxi. David was very attentive to all our needs, and the room was comfortable and had good AC. Location is pretty good, a short walk of a few blocks over to beer corner/night market and another 5...

Nice quiet hostel with a reasonable location and lovely staff. The beds are much sturdier than some hostels and the staff will go out of their way to help you. I even saw them helping people who weren't guests and allowing them to use the wifi etc. although they had no obligation to do so. They are however rather strict...

We had the best time at Little Hanoi Hostel. Kim, one of the people working in the reception, helped us with our whole trip in Vietnam. We booked an amazing Halong Bay trip from her. She also helped us find a route while driving south, as well as giving us good lunch and coffee-places. Vietnam wouldn't be the same without...

The room and the hostel in general are very clean, the breakfast buffet could be from a 3-4 star hotel and is very tasty! They have for breakfast rice, noodles, bacon, sausages, eggs, ananas, sometimes dragon fruit, cucumber, tomatos, bread and butter. Tea and coffee are 24 hours available. Their city map is very helpful as it contains a lot...

This hostel is fantastic, located nicely within the old quarter of Hanoi. The staff were so helpful, but once or twice they did try to oversell a tour to us after we made it clear we just wanted to organise things ourself to save money. Either way, that's sort of to be expected, they were very friendly and their English...

The best thing about this hotel was the staff! The guy at the desk when we arrived was absolutely lovely, funny and gave us a 10 minute talk about the area and what to do which was great - and his recommendations were spot on! The woman at the desk the next day was equally nice. The room was good...
