We stayed here based on the trip advisor reviews and weren't disappointed. Lan and Daisy at the front desk were awesome! They helped us book our halong bay trip and we're always eager to give us a recommendation or some advice. The beds were comfortable and we slept great, which wasn't the case with all places we stayed. Also the...

Loved the size of the room and being at the back of the hotel off the street meant complete silence for sleeping at night. Location was excellent just a block off where all the bar/restaurant streets were and a 5 min walk to the lake. Staff were very friendly and more than happy to help with any request.

Stayed here for a couple nights when we first arrived in hanoi. We were picked up at the airport for a reasenable price, so we didn't have to worry about scammy taxis. The driver waited for us even though our flight was delayed. The hotel is located in hoan kiem, the old town, so directly in the middle of action....

We just finished our short stint in hanoi and it was lovely. I had communicated with Ms Lan via email to organise our Hanoi segment of our holiday and she was very accommodating. As we had organised our halong bay tour worth Ms Lan and consequently received a airport pick up free of charge as well as a super yummy...

We stayed here three times during our visit, using it as a base to go places. They let us leave a suitcase there while we were travelling. The room is spacious, has a fan and Air Con which is great, good wi fi, big breakfast. Juice and fruit in lobby . tour desk. Lots of restaurants near by. You can...

Exceptional service from hotel staff, and one Kim Vu in particular who went above and beyond in helping me with my lost passport. I appreciate her efforts very much, in walking my through the process, asking around, and transporting me to the local police station. Room, staff, breakfast, and value was very good here. Would stay here or another one...

Highly recommended this hotel as they provided excellent services during my stay in hanoi and tour arrangement to Sapa, Halong Bay and Tam Coc yet it is located at strategic location at Ma May street, old quarters which you can explore local foods, shopping and points of attractions within walking distance. We had a pleasant trip at Hanoi. Thank you for...

Hotel in perfect location but what really made the difference for us is the staff, ALL of them! Rooms and beds are good, breakfast is wonderful. We made a few trips and came back to our base at the hotel after every trip. It's just so nice to see familiar and friendly faces again. Trips were booked through the hotel...
