For a middle-of-the-road traveler like me, value is really a important thing: I don't need anything over-the-top, not stingy but every cents spending must be worth it. And indeed this lovely hotel fits it perfectly: A cozy room, friendly services with a soft-hearted price. Moreover, the manager here helped me a lot planning and arranging my trip to Lao Cai...

My trip in Hanoi was quite short, that's why I wanted to get the most out of it. So I just wanted so stay in somewhere that was the nearest to tourist sports and attraction site in Hanoi - and I founded Blue Moon Hotel. The Old Quarter, Hoan Kiem Lake, pagodas and stuffs were just minutes away. And surprisingly,...

I'd say I'm not really picky when it comes to accomodation while traveling - just a comfy bed and a clean, quiet room is OK. And when talking about Vietnam, everyone talks about Hoan Kiem Lake, the Old Quarter or something like this. That's why I chose Blue Moon hotel due to it's location - right in the middle of...

During my trip in Vietnam, I stayed two nights in Hanoi and through the recommendation of a facebook friend, I booked a room in Blue Moon Hotel because I heard that it was just near the Central Lake ( the locals call it Hoan Kiem Lake - Hoan Kiem mean Relinquishing of Sword, from a famous tale of Vietnam History...

I was staying this hotel 2 days, with my friend last February. It was first visiting Southeast Asia,so I was really stranger and anxious about everything. Although,I could spend time really comfortable because of great staff service. They welcome us with nice smiling and they care about us all the time. All of the staff are really kind, helpful and friendly....

Stayed here for more than two weeks last November. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and personnel extremely helpful and friendly. The location is also great, close to several good restaurants and shopping area. Definately going back next time in Hanoi.

I was staying in this hotel with my family for a week in December 2013. We had our grandparents with us so we are rather picky when it comes to accommodation. It was a little unfortunate that we couldn't have a room on the ground floor due to unavailability, and that the stairs can be quite daunting to the elderly...

We 10 people stay in hanoi from 6 dec 2013 to 11 dec 2013. And would like to give a 5 stars to the hotel (of course we can't compare it to the international 5 stars hotel of what we paying just merely around usd20 per room per day). The first night when we checked in late. Mr dai personally...

I brought my siblings’ family to Hanoi for our family trip in 2012. We have 7 adults and 2 kids under the age of 5. Having to book the last minute promotional airfare , we barely have enough time to look for a reliable hotel and to plan out our itinerary. Blue Moon Hotel manager , Kien and Dai ,...

Due to its strategic location, we can easily walk to various places of attractions or interest and food. Yes the staff are helpful and friendly. Their rooms are considerable clean, modern and comfortable despite i occasionally spotted some ants crawling on their small tables. Even though we were given quiet rooms.. we were still very annoyed by the incessant noise dotted...
