I stayed for one night, you get curtain around bed, comfy enough, own fan, plug socket, light, balcony, clean, hot showers. Only problem I had was air con was very cold with a very thin blanket, the beds are a bit squeeky and noisy when someone is on the top bunk

The matrasses are way to hard. When I asked a different bed, they said it was fully booked. Even though they gave me the first one and no one was there or gotten another key ... So big fat lie. Are they lazy or just discriminating? They tried to scam me for a taxi-ride to the airport. But, they have...

Besides some noisy nabours, it was perfect for 2 young kids like us. Wifi, hot water. Good sleep. Right in the old city In Hanoi make sure to eat beef soup. Prepare for street food psihically. They are dirty places but I survided :)

Loved our stay here - it wasn't too noisy but it was within walking distance to all major attractions. The staff went out of their way to help us enjoy our stay and make the most of Hanoi, and even gave us a complimentary sandwich to take with on our overnight bus trip to our next destination. Only one tip,...

Clean budget place that does most of the basics right. The place needs a bit of love though - the foyer doesn't look great (it needs a clean up and some paint... the room does too). The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly and it was a pleasure to deal with them.

When we arrived at this hotel, having read all of the reviews my heart fell. The hotel is badly in desperate need of refurbishing. I Don't mean just a good clean I mean a root and branch makeover. Good points It's in China town in the old district so very busy and lots to see. The girls on reception are...

Rude manager, hurt my leg very badly, had been in hospital day before & they could see that I needed a lift/elevator as i physically couldn't walk up stairs, let alone 3 floors. Asked for any sort of refund as any decent human being would see that I could not get to the room, they just said, no, no refund,...

Our flight arrived in Hanoi at 3am. When arriving at the hotel we was informed that the room we had paid for had been given away. We was put into an 8 bed dorm. The beds we were given in the dorm was already full, we crammed into an empty single bed. The other 7 chinese tourists in the dorm...

I have always had a great experience at the Hanoi Evergreen. The location is just right for experiencing some of the cultural and creativity of the Old Quarter and the elegance of the Lake. The rooms are very comfortable. I especially like the front rooms with a balcony overlooking the street. My friends have stayed in the shared rooms and...

I just stayed for four nights at the Hanoi Evergreen Hotel in a dormitory. The rooms are simple but well equipped. There is an air condition in the room, a little fan at every bed and even a TV on the wall. The rooms and facilities get cleaned every day, hence cleanness is ensured. But what really made my stay...

“Room 101 was our favourite! Just because the air conditioning worked reeeeaaaallyy well. It didn't have as much space as 103 or 201, but it was really hot outside! 201 had the best bathroom probably, but it was a deluxe room - which we got upgraded to for free - and costs quite a bit more than the standard room.”
