We stayed for 2 nights in a superior room, well equipped with room amenities including bathtub toothbrush. Comfy bedding and clean room, the ceiling in the shower area is less than 2m. My room got no balcony n window with no view. The aircon noise is abit loud n wifi signal in room is poor. Wifi in restaurant and lobby...

We stayed here for 2 nights, but split the stay on either side of a trip to Ha Long Bay. We were so impressed by the hospitality of the hotel, when we arrived they gave us a fantastic description of what to see around the area, how to cross the streets in Hanoi and anything else we needed to know....

The Calypso Suites Hotel and the Le Beaute is basically the same property with 2 separate entrance. However, each hotel occupies a different wings of the building with a totally different renovation, and I personally likes Calypso Suites a bit better than Le Beaute, after having stayed in both. Location: Inside the the old quarter and within walking distance to...

Don't be fooled by the alley that this hotel is situated in, because it's a wonderful hotel with nice, clean rooms and very kind staff. I can really recommend it! It might not be the cheapest hotel around, but the extra 5 dollars are well worth it. If you book last minute, they will even give you a discount.

We stayed here for 1 night before going to Sapa and Halong Bay, and then for 2 nights when we returned. The room was really nice. David, Annie and all the staff are so helpful. We booked tours through them and they were all very good. I would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I stayed in both Calypso Grand and Calypso Suite. Both these hotels are great. The Calypso Suite has a better location to beer corner and restaurants. The staff in both these hotels are fantastic, they made our stay in Hanoi a great one. They bent over backwards for there guests. Both managers in the 2 hotels treated...

A lovely hotel in a great location in bustling Hanoi. After an overnight train ride from Sapa, I could not have been happier to be escorted to a bright, clean room at 6 AM for sleep and a shower. The (extra) early check-in was the first of many pleasant surprises which included rose petals on the comfortable bed, good water...

The house keeper brought fresh fruit to the room and it was the freshest mango ever. Room- fresh, clean, welcoming and couldn't say I had a...
