To start with the simple bits... - fantastic breakfast - gorgeous rooms - super clean - great location BUT the true gem of this hotel? The staff! They are what totally make this place! I came here with my mum (I've been backpacking for 9months and she came to visit me for 2weeks - her first ever time in Asia!)...

Great hotel in the Old Quarter offering exceptional value. Friendly and professional staff and extremely comfortable. Breakfasts are pretty basic and somewhat variable - we stayed there a couple of nights and were served lots of fresh lettuce and herbs the first morning which failed to materialise the next day when the food looked a little tired. The pho was...

We were greeted with warm & friendly welcomes when we arrived and the staff took our bags to our room. Our room was really comfortable and clean. A great array of food for breakfast and it was delicious. Location is close to the Cathedral and there is free wifi. The lady behind the front desk is very helpful and friendly.

Very helpful staff, breakfast is basic, so don't expect too much. The room is quite okay just that it is a little dusty. The toilet is clean. Location is near many good eating places. They top up bottles of water every time they clean the room. The staff will tell you which are the good places to eat and the...

The hotel is very good located if you want to stay at the old quarter. The breakfast is good enough, you can order eggs and pancakes besides the buffet. The staff could not have been more attentive, all from the concierge, receptionists and the friendly boy of the breakfast, also Nick from the costumer service. The room is good and...

We stayed on the 6th floor premium room for one night. The room was more than adequate for a family of 4. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. They helped us navigate the area and gave options for dinner. Breakfast in the morning was fresh with a variety of options. Location is close enough to the main attractions to...

This has been our best overall hotel in Vietnam to date. I have never experienced such helpful staff in a hotel, anywhere in the world, from giving us directions, advising us of rain and storing our luggage even when no longer officially staying in the hotel. A fantastic team. Great location, really like the style of the rooms, French boutique...

Great hotel, clean, nice rooms. The staff is really friendly, we also booked Halong bay tour there which was perfect. Staff also helped us pay for train tickets which we booked online (so no hidden fees from middlemen). Breakfast is good, internet also good. When we returned from Halong bay tour (they stored our luggage) they upgraded us to their...

We could not imagine that the hotel was overbooked and the staff brought us to a worse hotel nearby for the first night. We confirmed the booking and fully paid at least two weeks before our trip but we still couldn't get a room there even we received confirmation letter. It was an unforgettable terrible experience.
