I had a great time. The people are so nice and sweet. Their rooms are big and clean. The location is great too, right in the centre closed to every thing we want and need. I came earlier but they let me checkin at 9 in the morning no extra charge

We've stay at Minh Anh Hotel during our trip to Hanoi a couple months ago and had a great time. The room was clean and comfortable. They serve breakfast on the roof with fresh fruits, fresh bake bagette and yummy tomato omlette! The staffs are very friendly and helpful, especially the owner Spring and River who even walked across the...

Back again! I felt like I was home again when I returned to the Minh Anh (POSH) for an extended stay. I based myself there while I visited Halong Bay, Sapa, Danang and Hoi An. The staff welcomed me back and organised my travel arrangements for me. Much better (and cheaper) than doing it myself. Plus they organised it so...

Can't tell you enough what a big surprise it was! We have stayed there with a group of friends for couple of nights and really enjoyed our stay! The place is clean and has really nice atmosphere, I'd say it's a cute little hotel in the old quarter. The staff is extremely nice. Very helpful, sweet and welcoming. I can't...

Close to the night markets, the staff is very nice. I just thought the room I stayed was tiny. In the room i stayed, the bed was touching the wall. Despite of that, everything was great. It is a good choice. I thought the room was smelling like it was closed for a long time.

The hotel is located at the rim of the old quarter and therefore very central. We got an upgrade from the friendly and helpful staff, and the high ceiling room was beautifully furnished and even offered a small balcony. Sleep quality was okay, although the room seemed to be very damp. The breakfast was below average, especially the second day,...

My husband and I and in-laws stayed here for a quick 3 nights on opposite ends of a Halong Bay cruise. Our dates changed often because of visa issues, but they were very quick to respond via email to all of our changes and didn't even charge us for the nights we didn't stay. The customer service ứa great -...

Stayed in this hotel during my week long birthday celebration on Hanoi from March 25 to March 30. David, who helped me book for this hotel and helped me book for all the tours my companion and I had during our stay in Hanoi had been very accommodating and very helpful indeed. They have arranged an airport pick up for...

I checked in at 6 AM last Sunday morning, coming from Sapa night train. Check in was very quickly (I had booked Sat night as well) and we were upgraded to a delux room with window. Room is excellent, very spacious, 3 windows, very clean, comfy bed, big TV, fridge. Bathroom very good, all sort of toiletries and window! Breakfast...

“The location of the hotel is in the heart of the old town, on a very bustling street. It is very loud and rooms on the 1st floor should be avoided as there are no windows and all the noise from reception and the streets filter up with much ease.”
