If you want a good night sleep, Bluebell is not the place. Yes it was very cheap at $16 a night which I shared but my $8 was too much! The bed was small, hard and soo lumpy. If you're on a tight budget and want cheap, then this is your place but you maybe sacrificing a good nights sleep...

If you go there, it should be if you can't find anything else. the beds are like stone (I'm not picky but I could have slept on the floor, it would have been the same) and we had no hot water. but it's really in the center, close to the cathedral, so that's a plus!

Amazing location: right in the heart of Hanoi and near many restaurants, bars and attractions yet off a quieter little sub alley (Hanoi is very, very busy and loud so this was great). I read a negative review about the church bells - what!?! It's a lovely sound!! Way better than the yells of rowdy, boozed up travellers or the...

I stayed in the hotel for about 3 days. The staff was extremely attentive and helpful. They always remembered our names. They made us feel like we were family. They even packed us breakfast on the day we had to leave on an early flight. Thank you very much! you have made my trip more wonderful!

I had a business trip last week and chose this hotel 'cause my friend had recommended it to me. The staff is quite friendly and the receptionist is very responsible. Anything you don't know or want to ask you can ask him. With this level of price, I highly recommend choosing this hotel to stay!

I've made a trip advisor account since I've been on my travels for the sole purpose of trashing this hotel. There are numerous reasons this was one of the worst hotel stays I've had in recent months. First of all we were picked up from the airport an hour late after agreeing to pay the extortionate rate of 17 dollars....

Hotel bluebell- aptly named as you can hear the church bells ring throughout the entire night. This would interrupt your sleep, assuming you can fall asleep, however it's pretty hard with a bed quite as uncomfortable as this (even the owner was sleeping on the ground rather than in the bed). Possible coincidence, but while we were staying there we...
