My family was at First Eden Hotel from 15-17 Dec 2016. Cuong at the reception not only speaks good English, he was really patient and helpful. He made a copy of the area map for us, wrote down the places we could go, the types of taxi we should take and even offered to list down the places we can...

We had two nights stay at this hotel. The hotel is well located at the north end of the old quarter and most of the city sights are in walking distance. The room I had was good, located in the corner- big with space, clean. The bathrooms have reasonable bathtub with hot water only on the first night. There is...

Amid the hustle and bustle of Hanoi this hotel is clean, good Wi-Fi, cash machine outside, near lots of local shops and in walking distance from the center of town. One problem is there is only one lift and this is difficult when tour groups are using the hotel.

I had two separate one night stays at this hotel on either side of a visit to Halong Bay. The hotel is well located at the north end of the old quarter and most of the city sights are in walking distance. The first room I had was a good size and fairly clean although I found a used cotton...

Perfect for family weekend I took my teenage sons to go for vacation in July. A plus that they had a spacious room( Suite)for us to upgrade. Although I had to pay extra fee but I thought that is reasonable for last minute and cheaper than online websites. I would definitely recommend this hotel for the cleanliness and I like...

My room was damp, my bed was large and took all the room space. The staff kept disturbing me: first night at 10pm to sign a check-in paper because the receptionist forgot on my arrival and he did not want to be yelled at by his boss. Then he came back on a sunday morning at 7am to deliver a...

I went to Hanoi as part of a tour and unfortunately they put us up here. First disappointment was that I had asked for a second key since I was traveling with someone and enjoy the independence of coming and going as I please alone - they said an extra key would cost $10 USD --> For another key! I...

A perfectly adequate hotel, well located in the bustling streets of Hanoi. The room was a bit dark, the shower was adequate, but no complaints, I got what I paid for. Very welcoming and friendly staff.

But the room is not Clean from what I have expected, as I have read the previous review before. What we have experienced was some dusty desk,...

Dear Mr Dechapong Sakulchaivanich, Thank you for your recent review of your stay. I am very sorry for your experience. The situation you described regarding the dusty desk and hair dryer is truly regrettable. In fact, we received report only about the eclectric problem in your parent room and we did fix it and sure it is only temporary one....
