My wife and I stayed in the Au Coeur d'Hanoi Boutique Hotel in the Old Quarter of Hanoi on December 30, 2016 as things were ramping up for New Years Eve. While we were travelling on a bit of a budget, the Au Coeur d'Hanoi won us over for a splurge-night with their warm and friendly service, and clean rooms....

I stayed in three different rooms at this hotel while I was making trips around Hanoi. The rooms were very well appointed and clean. Beds were average - very firm, with feeling just a bit of spring coils. About half the rooms - ending in -03 and 04 - have windows that open to an air shaft between this building...

I'm a Korean Businessman. My business partner booked for 3 nights(6th fl. 11/9~11/12). All staffs were very kind, particulary Ms. Huong, while I was staying for 5days. She gave me "right" information and recommended "congenial" local resturants for 3 times in a row when I asked, can you recommend a good resturant near here? It was pretty nice and perfect...

Fantastic location in the old quarter. Easy walk to great street food and shops. The staff were delightful and very helpful. Room was small but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was basic but included menu as well as fresh fruit and continental options.

We stayed for 1 night then travelled to Halong Bay and returned again for second night as part of our tour. Both visits we found the rooms to be good size, lovely street view, surprisingly quiet and comfortable. Some of the bathroom amenities could do with improvement but for the price and other positive points these rooms offer great value...

Tou walk out the door and right in the missle of the old town with its markets, many restaurants and colourful sreet life. Thomas and all the staff were really helpful and friendly. They arranged...

If you are looking for a hotel that's affordable, great location with accommodating staff, look no further. My partner and I stayed here for 2 nights and we were so very pleased with the service. The breakfast buffet was quick and tasty. Without hesitation they even opened up the buffet early for us one morning. Room size was slightly small...

We stayed here one night and that was long enough! Tiny room for the price we paid found a much nicer hotel on our own for cheaper when we came back to Hanoi. Hotel is located in a very loud street try to avoid a room facing the street, wall might as well have been paper we could hear everything...

Stayed here for 3 nights and it was excellent. Room not large, but quiet, comfortable and very clean and tidy. Lots of extras in the bathroom such as toothbrush, comb, tissues and more. Excellent buffet breakfast. Situated in heart of Hanoi's Old Quarter, there were lots of restaurants, street sellers all around the vicinity of the hotel. Ideally situated for...
