My friend and I were extremely impressed with this hotel on our recent visit to Hanoi. We were at a different location before we came to stay here and the manager Emily was kind to pick us up. We were also very impressed with staff hospitality. They made us feel comfort and information about the city were always available. Hotel...

I stayed at the hotel for approx 3 days while travelling through Vietnam. I found the location very central to most things in Hanoi and walked to most tourist spots around Old Quarter. The breakfast offered was great and the girls are very helpful and friendly. The air conditioning in the rooms were great as it was very hot when...

This was a beautiful hotel, the room was a nice size, bathroom was spacious, the breakfast was amazing and the staff are totally amazing :) we loved our stay. It was located in the centre of the old town and there were some many things close by to do.

This hotel is down a little lane in the old quarter. We have now stayed 7 or 8 times over the last 2 years. Book direct with hotel for a better rate and if you stay over 3 nights, they collect you from the train station or airport. The Pho is amazing as the western breakfasts, the rooms are clean,...

This boutique hotel is such a beautiful place to stay. I experienced such warm hospitality and comfortable rooms. The location is in a little alleyway which initially is a little surprising but I grew to love it - the morning markets here are amazing. Little stalls pop up and locals are in full force doing their daily marketing. The welcome...

First, the location is really good but Yen tai street where the hotel is located is kind complicated to find, for the street is the narrow one. But you can ask any natives arond every coner. After you find it, you can access any travel agency for a day tour and etc. Secondly, the breakfast is really good compared to...

I have been to many 5 star hotels around the world and I can honestly say that this is the absolute BEST customer service I have ever encountered. The hotel itself is functional and pleasant, but the attitude of the staff really amplifies it. All the staff have a genuine enthusiasm and interest in making your stay in Hanoi the...
