We stayed here for two nights either side of our cruise on Halong Bay. Tracey who made all of our arrangements including booking our cruise on Dragon Pearl Junk was lovely and ensured that everything run smoothly for us. The location of this small hotel is perfect with both shopping and eating on your doorstep. The rooms were spotless and...

We stayed here for 4 nights either side of an overnight trip to Halong Bay. Great small hotel right in the centre of the old town and a wonderful welcome for first timers to this pulsating city. Although the rooms were a little on the small side they didn't feel too cramped and were very clean and modern (as was...

This hotel deserves a 10. The accommodation, position, and of course the staff could not be faulted.Nothing was a problem for any staff member to organize tours maps etc and the best places to visit while in Hanoi. It was a shame we had to leave after four days. Highly recommended..

Great stay at this small hotel in Hanoi. Our room was spotless and very comfortable. Bathroom was also spotless, with good water pressure and a working rain shower. Tracy, the manager at the front desk was super helpfull in arranging tours and onward transportation. Breakfast was also pretty good!

We found this hotel on booking.com, what took our eye was that someone had said how helpful Tracy & the staff were and they were not wrong. We booked 3 nights but unfortunately the hotel was double booked the first 2 nights, so Tracy arranged alternative accommodation on our behalf. The staff couldn't do enough for us and on the...

It was our first time in Vietnam and her recommendations concerning restaurants, trips, etc, were very helpful and it was always the right decision to follow her advise.
