This hotel has everything going for it - excellent location, cleanliness, fast & free wifi connection, free breakfast (choice of Western or Vietnamese), and so much more, but the absolute best part about it was the staff who were extremely friendly and helpful and speak perfect English. I stayed at this hotel for a month and by the end of...

Great place for budget price. Great staff and breakfast and good rooms with air con. Recommended A class tours for Halong bay and it was worth the money if you're looking for more luxurious cruise. We had our 2-year old daughter and it was no problem at all. In the heart of old town Hanoi and close to everything,

Not a very memorable Hotel, but ok. Clean and quiet. However i disliked that they were very pushy to sell their overpriced trips! So be aware of that, it is sometimes difficult to get away from unwelcome selling-attempts. In town there are many providers of great trips in all price-ranges, just go around and compare.

I stayed in this hotel for a total of 5 days. The staff are a delight! I felt at home. The location is perfect as it is in the Old Quarter. The room is clean & the aircon is powerful. The shower head on 702 needs replacing already. Apart from this perfect for me. Let me go back to the...
