We had booked one night before our Halong Bay cruise and then for two nights after we got back. We had specifically booked a high room so that the street noise would not be an issue. Both times checking in we were informed only the cheap room was available. We ended up staying in room 201 twice. It is awful...

This hotel is in the most convenient area for shopping at the Old Quarters. It's a small clean hotel and has alot of charm. The hotel staff (especially Cindy) was very helpful and genuinely nice. Me and my brother enjoyed the 24 hour free coffee, it was deliciously addictive. The kitchen boy was so nice, he didn't mind us keeping...

Great hotel, centrally located in the old quarter. Staff are friendly and so helpful, especially when it comes to booking trips etc. Ms Cindy is lovely, she has great English and is so helpful :) this hotel has free breakfast which is delicious!

The staff are so so helpful & friendly but not overly pushy about anything would highly recommend this hotel it's in a great location and so well priced. Easy to walk all around the old quarter of Hanoi. Airport pick up is so helpful also & detailed help when arranging trips. Clean & modern

This is a great hotel close to the lake and is right in the heart of the old quarter. My husband and adult daughter and l can't thank Lin enough and David trung for setting up our tours which was awesome. I would stay there again. This hotel was clean and tidy great stay on a budget thank you again...

Our family (including Nana and 2 daughters aged 11 and 8) just loved our stay at this hotel. The location is superb situated in the Old Quarter; step out the front door into the narrow bustling street. A very clean and welcoming hotel in the old quarter. A place to find peace at night (it's so quiet!) in the busy streets of Hanoi. The staff will do anything for you and is always ready to answer your questions and help you out. Rooms are very large, bright, with a very luxury bathrooms. Rooms get cleaned every day....

This hotel is in a great location, close to the lake and shopping with fantastic staff and very helpful staff specially Cindy. We booked our accommodation, Halong Bay tour and arranged airport pickup as we were arriving at midnight before we arrived in Vietnam. Everything went smoothly thanks to Cindy. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel...
