Stayed for 5 night in all. Rooms are nice and clean. Some are bigger than others. We stayed on 6th floor which had a nice view but no elevator. Breakfast was alright. Not too much to chose between but you do get to choose what kind of eggs you want. The staff was really helpful with all our bookings to...

It started with great communication through emails. Friendly staff organized pick-up from the airport for us. We stayed 3 nights in December, well on 5th floor, in room facing street. Yes, there is no elevator but good side is that is less street noise. Staff helped booking cruise trip to HaLong. We were back in January for two more nights...

We stayed here for 5 nights in January 2017 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had 2 rooms during our stay as we had an overnight trip to Ha Long Bay in the middle. The rooms were a good size and beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were well equipped with everything you need and the breakfast was lovely with a good...

This is a simple hotel at a great price in a great location. Period. We stayed in 2 rooms, a family of 4. Be prepared for small bathrooms, weird spraying showers and no elevator. Breakfast was good and included fresh fruit and omelets made to order. Highly recommended for the price.

We stayed here 5 nights in between coming and going on other side trips. The staff were so helpful nothing was too much trouble for them to help arrange things for us. We were upgraded 4 times and the rooms were great, clean and even a balcony. Excellent location, back from the main road so a bit quieter. We were...

Visited here for our last few nights in Vietnam. Clean and friendly staff members. The women behind the desk went above and beyond making sure we got our value for money and our washing back. Hot showers and clean bedding was a must with leaving to travel again so soon and it was nice to just relax. They even let...

We booked a triple room for 2 as we wanted a large room. The room is facing the street so we could have a good view outside. Although it can be a bit noisy but it does not bother us that much. Helpful staff, clean room, good location - all in all, a pleasurable experience.
