Provided excellent Services. Most of the Hotel staff are very good, friendly and cooperative with client. Provided map of the city, advises to get the places to see in the city. Room Services are very good and foods are excellent taste.

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW
Reviewed 3 weeks ago

Just have a look at my other reviews for Hanoi, you will see this hotel is the best of them all. OMG , Hanoi is by far the most terrible city in Asia I visited, any other Hotel ,carrying big names is just a cheat. From terrible areas (forget the old city, please !!!) to over-rated hostals swarming with backpackers. Gosh...

The Hilton opera is closed to Opera House, museum, night market, shops. Easy to find taxi. The location is in down town and very strategic. The staff are friendly, helpful and responsive. In terms of money changer, this hotel has a very good rate compared to money changer outside the hotel.

This was a good hotel. Friendly staff, clean. The hotel itself is in need of a bit of a refurb as its looking a little tired. The breakfast was very good, with a wide range of lovely foods, to suit all tastes. Close to walk to many of the Hanoi sights.

The service at this hotel is second to none. They looked after us every step of the way and was consistent for every team member we dealt with ! From seamless transfers, to early and Late check out, even organising SIM cards for us to use while in Vietnam. Nothing was too much of a problem and they truly know...

I stayed at Hilton Opera Hanoi for 3 nights on an executive floor. The room is clean and comfortable. Service is quite nice in whole hotel. Just the executive lounge should have more attention, the breakfast there is worse than at the "Ba Mien" restaurant.

The Hilton Opera is perhaps the best location to see Hanoi easily. Right in the middle of town--just a few minutes walk to Hoan Kiem lake and the old town and only a short drive to the Mausoleum and other sites. This is top notch 5 star hotel. Rooms are first class. Wifi and AC good. Pool is nice and...

The Hilton Hanoi Opera is situated right next to the Opera House and is within walking distance to the lake. The location is unbeatable. But the decor of hotel is firmly rooted in the mid 1980's. While the rooms are clean, everything is outdated and worn-out. Food is decent at all outlets. The swimming pool is very small. The gym...
