Stayed here at the Hanoi Topaz Hotel, Hanoi, Vietnam for a total of 3 nights. The bellhop and handyman Gioi was very professional in his conduct. He would help and give advice to us many times. ハノイ旧市内の狭い通りに沢山の商店やホテルが集まった場所にあり、欧米観光客を沢山見かけます。ハロン湾ツアーをホテルへ直接ネット予約しました。メールは全部英語ですが対応も大変良くスタッフは皆さんとても親切でした。両隣が工事中だったのが残念でした。ジャグジーはありますがボイラーが小さく冬場は無理のようでした。両替もホテルで出来ますが、ホテルの周りに沢山のATMがあったのでバンクカードで引落しをしました。近くにはビアハノ(ビールを飲むため居酒屋?)があり安いビールと美味しいつまみ毎晩通いましたし、近くに美味しいベトナムコーヒーを出すカフェもあり朝の目覚めに最高でした。

After an off-putting start with the Hanoi taxi mafia, we can't speak highly enough about the Hanoi topaz. The desk staff were pleasant, knowledgeable and very helpful. We booked the hotel direct, with transfers included. Pickup from the aiport on time and taken to the hotel. Very friendly reception staff. We booked a family room with a balcony. After we checked in we realised that the room was not what we booked no balcony. We spoke to the manager who advised is that there was a mix...

We are glad that we choose Topaz hotel to handle our tours and stay in the hotel. Hotel staff & Management give excellent service and caring. The arrangement for tours was good. Rooms are very clean and all amenities are available. Easily assessible for shopping by walking. Feeling good to stay in this hotel.

The views from our room were just breathtaking, we really enjoyed our stay at Hanoi Topaz Hotel and the front desk staff was very friendly. Also the bathroom was spotless cleaned.

This is a great hotel in a fantastic location. The service was superb. Moreover, the rooms were awesome and very clean. Overall we had a great stay, and I would definitely recommend.
