The hotel has a wonderful location. Just in the city center, near to the lake, restaurants. It's very clean, the staff is very helpful, the foot massage in the hotel is the best in Vietnam. THANKS....

The hotel is strategically located within the shopping district and is near Hoan Kiem Lake. St.Peter's Cathedral, a Catholic church, is also within walking distance. The rooms are spacious and the beds and pillows are very comfortable

Very nice staff, place was fully booked, just minus are the rooms without windows but that's common in old quarter. Breakfast quite good not much choices but all well prepared. Good value for money. Nicely decorated rooms with all amenities, cleaning could be improved on the corners of room and bathroom. Would stay again considering the options and the comfortable...

I stayed 2 different times in this hotel, the rooms are nice and the beds are amazing. The bathroom shower is open to the room, so interesting if you're sharing with friends. If you are brave enough to cross the street, the location is good for shopping and dining. The lobby is very nice and check in was very easy.

Enjoyed our time in this boutique hotel. Loved the location because it was in walking distance to so many places within the city. It was great to be able to walk around Turtle Lake and enjoy the bridge to the temple in the lake itself. Also had a blast enjoying the coffee culture within Hanoi- if you visit you have...

This boutique hotel is gorgeous and the sister hotel to the one we stayed at, same design - modern with exceptional service. We LOVED the cafe, the coffee was amazing and cakes to die for. We told them that we were staying at the sister hotel and got a little discount off the bill. The staff were so friendly and...

Didn't stay at this hotel but it was Chinese New Year and most places were closed, walking past we saw the roof terrace bar was open and fancied a cool beer. Now don't get excited, this is on the 10th floor and Hanoi is not famous for night time city views, but this is a funky little gem with good...

Golden Silk Hotel has a very good location near to the Old Town of Hanoi and not far from the French Quarter as well. Rooms are clean and cosy, buffet breakfast is ok and wifi works well (it is not usual in every hotel in Vietnam).
