I used to be at this hotel some years ago, it used to be good and staffs were nice. Then they sold the hotel, the new host changed its name and staffs. Now you can stand at the hall and hear swearing, food made in a haste, dinning place smells stinky and hot. Nobody looks half professional, the house staffs... More

Decent hotel, rather worn out, considerably clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. Out of the old quarter so u will need to arrange taxi to get to the city Centre. Really depend on the purpose of your stay. For the price a night, probably better to stay closer to the old quarter. This is our first visit to... More

The hotel located near the centre, easy to get to restaurants, night club... I stayed in Superior, it was great cuz there's no windown so no noise and i can sleep well. The food was good also. Good service, nice staff!

I hate giving bad reviews, so I am sorry to do this but you should really give this hotel a miss. It was a fairly horrific experience but I'll sum up with just a few : 1. Cockroaches walking over the bread on the breakfast buffet, 2. Very loud (with microphone) singing until, 2am somewhere close to our room. (To... More

I stayed at Windy hotel for 4 days at deluxe room. The staffs were friendly but below average hospitality that I've expected from hotelier in Hanoi. The room is spacious, comfy and clean but, might need improvement on some areas especially on the faulty WiFi (critical for me to work) and low pressure hot water supply (it is spring). Made... I was in Hanoi last week on a business trip and found the hotel very clean and comfortable with good wifi connection on the 4th floor and eating places/emergency grocery stores nearby. The pickup from and to the airport went smoothly and the general manager mr. Nguyen Dang Binh went out of his way to make my tour of hanoi... More

The service and assistance rendered during our visit was very good. We met with typhoons and plans were cancelled (avoid Aug and Sept) but Ms Thao Nguyen helped us alot in terms of getting day tours, giving us preferential rates for the rooms. The room is ok, their room cleanliness is good. We stayed for 6 nights there and they... More

I travel all over the world for my work, and it is really rare to find a hotel that is a home away from home. The Windy Hotel not only had one of the best and friendly staff I have ever seen. The Hotel Manager is also very friendly and helpful to all of his guest. Along with the great... More

Frankly this was not my hotel of choice. I bought a Groupon deal for its sister hotel, Hanoi Triumphal Hotel which is located near the Old Quarters where all the activities and happenings are but was informed a few days before my arrival that Hanoi Triumphal Hotel was closed for renovation and Hanoi Windy Hotel was offered to me as... Good location for the temple of literature, nice big clean room, friendly and helpful staff. However don't be fooled by the spa and sauna as it is a separate business next door to the hotel in a back alley. And the fitness centre advertised on agoda does not exist.
