I stayed here with a friend following a recommendation from someone back home. We found this place great value for money and close enough to the lake and old quarter but secluded enough on beautiful Au Trieu street which didn't get much of the street noise at night. Breakfast was great and included in the price was some great menu...

We were very satisfied with our stay, the Hotel is cosy, the rooms have all you need and are clean & comfortable. Breakfast menu is great and the cook, is fantastic. Hostess {front desk & service} speaks english very well & always went out of her way to make our stay a happy one. The night shift clerk was equally...

We have been travelling a lot and stayed in many hotels, we think First Choice hotel is one of the most reliable and good value hotel we have been. The room was very spacious, extremely clean and convenient. The location is great, handy to many of must-see places, just a few step. to the Church. The staff were very helpful...

During our stay at FC, we were so satisfied for a nice, clean room and the staff. The room was spacious, clean and super comfortable. The staff were really attentive and helpful, they always do their jobs with big smiles, go out of their ways to help their guests. We felt very happy when we have no experience to travel...

Despite being a budget hotel, the service standards are comparable to that of your 5 star luxury hotel. Don't be fooled by the somewhat underwhelming lobby and corridors. Step into the rooms and you'll realize what a good deal you have found. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and well ventilated. It even comes with a free-to-use laptop complete with free...

I spent 3 nights at the Hanoi First Choice Hotel and was quite happy. The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the location is excellent! You can easily walk to all the sites. One of the other great things about this hotel is that it is quiet (except for the occasional elevator ding). The hotel is...

Lily in the in-house travel agent was fantastic with helping us organise trips to Halong Bay and Sapa as well as making recommendations for the rest of our trip further south. We could leave our suitcases at the hotel for overnight trips and shower and have breakfast even when not staying the night. The room was everything we needed, generous...

We spent almost 10 days in Hanoi, stayed at First Choice Hotel, we felt really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel located in a great location, just few steps to St Joshep's Cathedral. The room was very clean, comfortable and equipped with PC, easily access in contacting our parent and friends. The staff here were very helpful and attentive with...

First, let me say that we stayed at the 1st Choice over the Tet holiday. Kevin, the manager, was mostly away visiting family and service may have suffered partly due to his absence and partly due to staff who would have preferred not to be working or are still “learning the ropes.” We booked with 1st Choice based on Tripadvisor...

“Definitely book the deluxe room, as they only have Deluxe and Superior, and all the Superior rooms are at the back (with no outlook and they're very small). The hotel only has 6 floors with 2 rooms per floor, so there's not a lot of choice. They have air conditioning and a fan in each room which is good.”
