What I like in a hotel os a clean room, good customer service and free wifi. This hotel has all of those as well as a good free breakfast and an unbeatable location, what else could you want! Stayed for one night and would definitely recommend it.

The hotel is 3 star Australian standard, very clean and comfortable. A good location for walking to most attractions, West of the lake, but still considered in the Old Quarter. The hotel is located on a laneway, so you don't have the busy traffic zooming past, just a lesser volume of motorbikes. It is very pleasant to walk out the...

This hotel has a great location, not far to walk to the main attractions. We had to wait for our room - only to be expected as we arrived very early. In hindsight we should have gone out for the day but it was raining. We were made comfortable in the small reception and could even have breakfast. Check the...

Stayed 6 nights in Hanoi Sky Hotel, the rooms are very nice, big rain shower is great. The staff are absolutely lovely and helped with everything we needed, booking tours finding places etc. The buffet breakfast is good and has lots of options which is nice for a lengthy stay. The location is perfect about 15 minutes walk one way...

Terrific location, very friendly and helpful staff.. The rooms were average size, which was fine.. Breakfast was filling and not at all rushed.. The amenities in the bathrooms were an unexpected bonus.. Would definitely stay here again, in fact I would look forward to it..

A rather belated review. We were booked into this hotel by our tour operator prior to leaving UK. All our previous hotels in Vietnam had been 4-5 star so this one came as a bit of a shock. We arrived about 11pm. Our transport had to drop us off at the street. The street was crowded with "street food" stands...

This is nice hotel at the heart of the street food area of Hanoi. We were greeted by a very friendly receptionist. We arrived (along with some other couples) very early (about 0830), and the rooms were not ready but we were invited to stay in their small lounge area and were provided with drinks without asking. We opted to...

We stayed here for 3 nights at the beginning of March 2016 as part of a mini tour of Vietnam and Cambodia. We arrived early around 6.45am after a long flight from the UK and were lucky enough to be given a room straight away where we could catch up on some much needed sleep. We were also allowed to...

We stayed here as part of an organised tour, so didn't book on basis of value. However, it is perfectly located in the Old Town with plenty of food options close by and not too far to the Lake and Beer Street if you like cheap beer (and crowds!). Rooms are pretty good and the hotel staff were helpful, organising...
