We stayed at Hanoi Sky Hotel for 2 nights. The service was good and attentive. As soon as we arrived we had asked where we could get a sim card to access data on our phones. The bell boy had offered to ride his motorbike to enquire at a local shop nearby. Minutes later he came back, told us how...

We stayed two nights and had a really great time. The hotel feels fresh, the room is rather big and clean, a nice soft bed with quality sheets and good breakfast. Good wifi in all areas and very helpful staff. The hotel helped us get a good price in a taxi to the airport. Located in a nice and quiet...

We used this hotel several times as a 'base' in Hanoi between our trips to Sapa and Halong. The rooms are very comfortable, good breakfast and the location is great. Several sights, old town and night market are all in walking distance. We can highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed here for just one night. Found the hotel to be very welcoming and the staff very friendly and helpful. The rooms (Although a bit on the small side) are spotlessly clean, as is the modern and well presented bathroom. The hotel is in a great location to explore the city. Breakfast was also very nice.

Brilliant hotel. Within walking distance of the main attractions of Hanoi. Staff were very welcoming on arrival. Rooms and bathrooms very clean. Had a problem with hairdryer and it was sorted out straight away. Breakfast was well above expectations with Vietnamese and Western options, fruit and juices.

We arrived lateish and no one rushed to the door for us like most nicer hotels. They took us up to what was meant to be our room and the bed wasn't made so we waited till they sought another. Went down a level to that room, only to find someone was already staying there. Waited again for them to...

Well located, although apparently the street has had better times. Still a good starting point, super friendely staff, room was small but adequate, wifi was excellent, shower very good, breakfast buffet one of the best. All in all simply very good value for money

What I like in a hotel os a clean room, good customer service and free wifi. This hotel has all of those as well as a good free breakfast and an unbeatable location, what else could you want! Stayed for one night and would definitely recommend it.

The hotel is 3 star Australian standard, very clean and comfortable. A good location for walking to most attractions, West of the lake, but still considered in the Old Quarter. The hotel is located on a laneway, so you don't have the busy traffic zooming past, just a lesser volume of motorbikes. It is very pleasant to walk out the...

This hotel has a great location, not far to walk to the main attractions. We had to wait for our room - only to be expected as we arrived very early. In hindsight we should have gone out for the day but it was raining. We were made comfortable in the small reception and could even have breakfast. Check the...
