We stayed at Hanoi Sky Hanoi after we arrived in Hanoi from Germany. The staff was very welcoming and friendly and ven though our room was not ready for check-in because it was before 2pm, they gave us another room where we could rest and relax after the long flight. The beds where comfortable and the breakfast in the morning...

This hotel is very well located in Hanoi. You can walk everywhere from here. It is also located in an area full of restaurants. The personnel is very nice and helpful. They also have people to help you with tours (a little more expensive than tours you can book outside but these are way of better quality). Breakfast is very...

We stayed two nights, and had a fine stay. Ok rooms and good breakfast. Be aware that If they book your tickets for anything, espicially train, they will charge you a lot more than you can them for elsewhere. We should have checked it out before, but had just arrived and were overwhelmed by the kindness.

Service was super friendly, breakfasts were great with eggs cooked to your liking, room was relatively spacious and very clean. The food stalls just outside are very convenient (although avoid Palm Foods who ripped us off). The only fault was the pre- arranged transfer from the airport - we were not aware that there were 2 exits and our waiting...

We had a wonderful room with city view, spotlessly clean, very comfortable room. The staff is exceptional, very lovely comfortable atmosphere, excellent service and quite reasonably priced. The restaurant buffet breakfast is wonderful, plentiful and delicious, very tasty & presented very well. We stayed only two nights but the location was excellent. This is obviously a very well run hotel...

It is hard to fault this hotel. It is situated in a good (but quiet) position in the Old Town. The staff are exceptionally friendly and efficient, the breakfast is good, and the room I stayed in was comfortable and clean. The hotel is also very good value. I had one or two problems with the free Wi-Fi but nothing...

I had caught a virus and after being discharged from hospital I just couldn't stand another night at my hostel feeling as badly as I did. From the moment I arrived they looked after so well, they let me check in early because they could see I was sick, they brought me drinks and showed genuine compassion and understanding towards...

Stayed for 3 nights, our first stop in Vietnam. Located right in the heart of the old quarter and in a main street food area. The hotel staff were really helpful, very good basic English spoken. The room was clean, albeit small, however, we booked the most basic room so have no complaints here. Free bottled water each day, fruit...

If you love being in the heart of Vietnamese life, then this is the hotel for you. Food street in right in the doorstep and open 24/7. I had a room on the 5th room and although I could here the busy street below I could hear the train passing by and blaring it's horn at 5:30am. The hotel is...
