Being near food and attractions, this conveniently located euro-styled boutique hotel was a gem to stay for my recent anniversary. With spacious & comfortable bedrooms plus boasting of a reputable restuarant (ESSENCE) that offers a grand mix menu of International and local cuisines , it also provides solace from the heat of the day should one decide to stay indoors. Special mention to Tony and his team who were always attentive to details. Being patient and understanding, he was always on hand to address our concerns and provided us with quickfix solutions. Highly recommended for travellers looking to experience Vietnamese hospitality; Looking forward to a return stay soon.

The Hotel is situated in a very good position to visit easily museums, church, pagodas temples. We booked a Suite which was exactly as we were expecting. Large Kong size bedroom, free use of minibar and excellent bathroom. We also experienced the restaurant on the 9th floor for two different diners. The menu was great and they have a nice list of good wines as well. Miss Christine at the reception took a super good care of us, suggesting places to visit and the luxury one day cruise to visit Ha Long Bay ! We will come back for sure and we will warmly suggest the Hotel to our friends .

Amazing experience! Located conveniently in the city centre of old town, within walking distance of everything. Very friendly staff that recommended restaurants and landmarks for us to visit. Would 100% recommend and visit again the future!! Shout out to the ladies (Nora, May and Nat) at the restaurant for their exceptional service and attention to detail. They asked me my drink preference for breakfast on the first day and remembered for the rest of my stay every morning. It’s the little things like this that make a customer feel valued and special so thank you very much guys!!

We had an incredible stay at Aira! The room was spacious and the bed was so comfortable. Housekeeping did an amazing job keeping our room clean and tidy. The breakfast every morning was delicious and the staff is very attentive to your needs. We also had incredible views to the city while eating. We are so happy we chose to stay here and highly recommend you stay here too!

We spent nearly a week at the hotel, but back and forth between citiies int the north. The location is very central, but not too busy. The room was very clean and in great condition. All staffs from the reception to the rooftop bar were friendly and very helpful. Highly recommended if you are looking for a place to stay in Hanoi !!

Good location close to old town, but slightly quieter than the busy part which was good. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Nice rooftop bar for evening drink while viewing the city and sunset. Comfortable and very clean room. Great breakfast!

We had an amazing stay at the Aira resort. Lovely area and wonderful staff. Especially Nat at the breakfast restaurant and Khai and Kyle at the bar ! The room was so luxury and clean. They were able to do our laundry, and made us feel special on our Honeymoon.
