Don't expect reliability or high standards when you come to Hanoi. And this hotel is no different. The staff are trying their best and quite friendly, but the facilities are very basic. For instance, there was no window in my room, only wooden slats. Great for hearing perfectly the staff in the kitchen below somewhere (another establishment) barking at each...

I have stayed with my two friends on the 4th floor in the triple room. The room was nice and spacious. The staff was very nice and friendly. Let me store my luggage over the week I've spent in Vietnam. Perfect location near the lake and Old Quarter. Nice vibe. Would recommend it. Thank you.

Probably the best place we've stayed in this price range in Hanoi. Rooms are spacious and clean and the location is great for restaurants. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Only downside was that we thought we booked a room with an ensuite but actually had a shared bathroom with the other room on our floor (they apologised and charged...

On our second visit to Hanoi we stayed here stayed, on a recommendation from a fellow travel. Great priced accommodation, very clean room and soft bed (really important for Hanoi as all budget hotels here have really hard beds!). The staff are extremely friendly and family run. I would recommend to anyone. TIP: Ask at the front desk for a...

Great place to stay if you are on budget. The rooms are clean and at reasonable prices. There are no elevators but the staff are happy to carry your luggages and attend your needs. Located near the cathedral, hoan kiem lake, famous streets and restaurants in the old quarter. Tour packages to Sa Pa & Halong Bay are being offered...

Since I was just going to be in Hanoi for a very short time, I thought I'd try an inexpensive accommodation. This property is located close to Hoa Kiem Lake, in the Old Quarter, at the end of an alley, just a few steps from St. Joseph's Cathedral. My flight into Hanoi was delayed and it was past 1AM by...

Fantastic location beside the cathedral and eddy waking distance to many sites. Room was clean and bigger than I expected. Staff was kind and courteous. Very pleasant stay. They even got me a great deal on a taxi to the airport.

Nice place, great staff, clean and beautiful room. Small problem with shower pressure and hot water, maybe because on the 5th floor. Great location close to all the must see places, backpacker area, the famous lake and markets.

It's a little tough to find, tucked down an alley in Hanoi's Old Quarter, but worth it for the clean room at a good price with a very accommodating owner. She even cooked for me (for free;). I would definitely return the next time I'm in Hanoi.

Dinh made us feel like we were home. She helped us get a refund for our overpriced train ticket, took us to the train station, helped us book a cheaper sleeping bus, and helped us get a really good price on our tour of the phong nha caves. The rooms were clean and the air conditioning was amazing! Upon arrival...
