I travelled Hanoi with two of my friends and stayed back in this hotel for three nights. At middle of the happening place of old quarter. Just walk 100 meters and you will be in old quarter. It's more than value for money. They also provide complementary basic breakfast. I would highly recommend budget travellers to pick this hotel for...

We arrived in Noi Bai International Airport around 2am Vietnam time. We had a challenging time finding a taxi that could bring us to Old Quarter (an hour ride from the airport). Luckily, we found a shuttle that could drop us off in our Hotel. We arrived in Old Quarter at around 3am, We knocked at the hotel door (apparently,...

It is not a huge or fancy hotel and I love it - I am not friend with shiny hotels =)) Staff are friendly and really helpful - especially with advice about exploring Hanoi and surrounding provinces. I love its being next to everything that I must not miss when in Hanoi, too.

Hanoi Hibiscus Hotel is a good choice for you if you arrive at Hanoi. I stayed there for three days and really enjoyed the hotel's hospitality, clean room and good breakfast. If you want to visit somewhere, you also ask the hotel as they offered good tours with reasonable prices and good quality. I will definitely come back if I...

My husband and I are from New York and visited Hanoi for the first time. This hotel was recommended by our friends and we loved it. Car from and to airport was arranged by the hotel. The hotel manager greeted us with a cup of tea and answered all our questions. He arranged a beautiful tour to Ha Long Bay...

I went on a solo travel to Hanoi and booked hibiscus hotel for 7 nights stay. When arrived i was completely lost because of unfamiliar with the city and language communication problems. When i checked into the hotel i was surprised by the proficiency of english spoken by the hotel's staffs. It is located in a heritage zone with many...

This hotel is definitely worn down. The staff are very friendly. There is no safe in the room and after they lost our passports (but later found them) we didn't feel comfortable leaving our valuables at the front desk. It's best quality is it's location and for only $30 a night it's hard to complain too much. If you don't...

This hotel provided us with good value for our first two nights in Hanoi. The staff was very helpful and the room clean. Only downside was the noise on our first night as we were facing the street - which has several hostels on it. As it was a Friday night there was a lot going on! Great choice if...
