This hotel is going to be ranked the worst ever (ever) hotel I ever stay. Technically, I checked in around 7pm due to the tourists packing back into Hanoi due to the closure of Halong Bay (bad weather) . We checked out at 10pm after most of our complaints were not attended to. I list down the items why you...

I was in this hotel for two weeks during my stay in Hanoi. The location was perfect (in the middle of the Old Quarter but in a not-so-busy street), the staff were always helpful and kind, and my room was great (I had the one with the balcony). My only problem was with the shower, that was sort of broken...

The room without a window is just horrible. It's small, smells bad and it's full of mold. It does not look like the pictures at all. I would not recommend this place. At least the girl at the reception was helpfull.

We stayed for 2 nights. It's an old house in the heart of Hanoi's old town, so the rooms might look a bit washed up, but it's ok for a short stay. Ask for a window room, so you'll have a view onto the crowdy market street in front. The location couldn't be better, you can walk to all sights...

So, it's pretty basic. But it's also pretty cheap, so that makes sense. We had a room with a window (!) but that also meant we were on the 6th floor with no elevator. Staff was quite helpful, even the ones that didn't speak great English. We only did breakfast at the hotel once, as it was underwhelming and there's...

This is a great option for a couple on a budget, it is in the centre of the old quater and it is the same price as most of the hostel dorms around. The staffer were helpful and the breakfast was good with a few options (bread & eggs or pho + tea and coffee). We really enjoyed our stay...

you get what you pay for in terms of hotel room, basic but clean and everything functioning (a/c, cable tv). what you don't pay for but you get is the fantastic host, tom, which helps you in any way possible to him. he helped me book my tickets to sapa (and helped me get on the bus even when it...

IT is short walking sitance to the Old Quarter bars and restaurant and is located in a quiet street. Its walking distance to the Lake and other attractions nearby too. The only...
