We stayed for tree days, the people in the reception were very nice and helpful, the concierge had great attitude and helped us get to our tours and gave us good options to have dinner. The rooms are very clean and spacious, and the breakfast has a good selection of asian and western dishes. But what we liked the most...

As a whole, the hotel deserves a "very good" rating. It's at a good location, it's clean, and the rooms are spacious. One of the best things are their breakfasts, which are absolutely delicious, with a very wide range of different Asian and Western dishes and lots of fruit. One fly in the ointment was the room which we got....

Booked through booking dot com A brilliant location in the French quarter, surprisingly quiet for a busy city. Close to the markets (streets are closed to traffic on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights which is easier to get around but for the thousands of people) Hotel is clean, very French, breakfast plentiful to suit both Vietnamese and European tastes, staff...

I was quite surprised how nice this Hotel was for the price I paid. I had some bad experience ms so wasn't expecting too much. The staff were really friendly and helpful. They also helped us book the bus to Halong Bay. The room was really nice and tastefully decorated, also very clean and I had a good experience over...

We have stayed at Golden Rice several times in the past and we always find it a good place to stay near Hoan Kiem Lake. We like the rooms that look onto Hang Trong. The bed is really comfortable. Nice range of food for breakfast buffet. Convenience store across the road. We particularly like the kind service offered by the...

The staff at this hotel are extremely helpful. The price of the hotel is reasonable as well. It's not a backpackers hotel so you will be paying more than what you would pay for a hostel. The hotel is located near Hoan Kiem Lake (I hope that I spelt it right) which is approximately a 5 minute walk away. The...

My husband and I stayed here for two weeks in November 2016, our first trip to Viet Nam, visiting family. Our room was 609, rear of the building no noise whatsoever. The Room itself was very large, with a wonderfully comfortable bed. The staff were exceptional, friendly, helpful and always cheerful and smiling. Breakfast was very good and filling, they...

Stayed here for two nights before going to Halong Bay and was very happy with our accommodation. Booked for another 3 nights after Halong trip but unfortunately our rooms are not as good. Rubbish on bathroom floor and in the main room when we checked in. The sugar sachets in our room had been opened and half used and not...
