We are a partner of Parkson hotel. They booked our tour for their customers 10 days 9 nights with all services included. But they canceled tour before the tour depart just 12 hours while we set up some services for their customers. They wanted to operate by themself with lower cost without tour guide. Just a driver took their customer...

Stayed there for 3 nights. I booked a single room from agoda, but they upgraded me to a family room for free and it was absolutely amazing. Clean, cosy, quiet. Shower was amazing, with built in radio, sauna and temperature control, exactly what you need after being outside all day :) Staff were super friendly, one of them even took...

We were at the end of our trip and being tired, sick and dirty, we just wanted a place that had no cockroaches, a decent toilet, wifi, and some English speaking tv channels. We got all of those at Parkson and the staff were very nice and helpful. You also can't beat the price!

Besides that the staff was super friendly and helpfull! The breakfast was 50k dong per person and you can have colonial or/and pho...

Great hotel location especially if you participating in tour as this is usually last pick up point and first drop off point for tour buses. It is in old quarter and many areas are of easy walking distance (other than Museum of Ethnology which is located far from old quarter). Hotel amenities are expected for this price range but rooms...

While searching for a hotel on TripAdvisor I saw all the really great reviews of this hotel and decided to give it a try. Although the staff is friendly and helpful, and it's locations is good, the hotel itself is nothing special. It's fairly typical of the many Hanoi hotels in this class or price range. It's perfectly fine for...

Room is comfortable and clean. Even the location at the center of the city, I can't heard noise from the outside. Staff is very helpful and friendly too. Only receptionist can speak english, so less barrier in communication.
