We were given a room here as the hotel that we had booked was full for that night and Lucky 3 Hotel is their sister hotel. A very pleasant room awaited us and the size was considerably bigger than the hotel which we had booked earlier at Nova Hotel. Room was pleasant sized but a little stuffy so we turned...

We stayed in a room with a balcony, a comfortable bed and a lovely wooden floor. The room was spotless. The staff were always very helpful in many ways. The location was in the busy old quarter, close to some great street food but also some excellent restaurants.

This hotel was a great value and had very clean and large rooms. It's worth it to pay extra for the VIP rooms (like 15$ extra) and you get a huge balcony that overlooks Hanoi. This hotel is in the old quarter and a great central location to get around Hanoi. The food in the hotel wasn't great. I would...

Lucky 3 Hotel is a very good option to stay in Hanoi. Location: in the city center, close to almost everything, what allows you to walk around in the city and go back to the hotel to rest at any time. Service: simply great. The hotel team is both kind and efficient. Space and meals: rooms are tidy, well maintained...

Don't stay here. Backpackers would be better. Room was small & basic. Almost no amenities, including toilet paper & used soap on sink. No water bottles. I like a firm bed but this was like concrete & only 1 pillow. AC was very slow & laboured & towels threadbare. Breakfast was limited a la cart in a small pokey room....

I stayed at the Lucky 3 Hotel by accident. I had booked to stay at the Hanoi Royal Palace. Normally when I arrive in a new city, I get a cab to my accommodation, but, as the Royal Palace was only about a ten minute walk from the train station, I decided to walk. Bad decision. Unbeknown to me, the...
