We have stayed at this Hotel in Hanoi twice now, and would not hesitate in coming back again. The Grand Hotel has changed its name to the Urban Alley Hotel, but that's all that has changed. The staff are super friendly and helpful and speak excellent English. The rooms have all been refurbished since our last visit two years ago....

Very well situated, 7 minutes from the lake, 5 minutes from the railway station, 5 minutes from the Vietnam airlines to take shuttle to the airport, 10 minutes from the art museum. The Hanoi Grand Hotel in Hanoi old quarter rocks! You will not find a friendlier, more helpful and accommodating staff any where in Vietnam. The free breakfast served every morning with your stay is outstanding! Location was great as well, short walk or cyclo-ride to many sightseeing places. Thank you Grand Hotel for a great stay.
