Just stayed a week at the end of my month long trip in Vietnam, taking their recommended trip overnight in the middle to Hal Long Bay. Really a perfect stay. i was traveling solo so had a little more chance to connect with staff. You just get a strong sense that there is attention to you as a real person...

There is not one bad thing I can think of about this hotel. I stayed here with my dad and sister who came to visit me. The breakfast was decent with both western and Vietnamese choices. The room was clean, with good decor (could have used thicker windows) but that was not a big problem. The staff were really friendly...

The location is in a excellent location with many shops around and short walking distance to Hoan Kiem Lake and St Joseph Cathedral. We're especially thankful to the Managing Director...

The bed was very comfy for Vietnamese standard, service was good, wifi was fast. It'd be a lot more convenient if they could provide a...

For the price, is one of the best hotels in Hanoi. There is a tub and a stand up shower, a refrigerator, and a soft, comfortable bed. However the true standout is the staff and owner, who will go above and beyond to help in any way they can. My wife and I had a minor emergency, and the owner...
