The location, staff & facilities were all lovely! Very modern & clean. Couldn't have asked for a better stay in Hanoi! The staff were very friendly & helpful with recommending us for the best places for local eats & didn't disappoint! Definitely would stay here again & highly recommended!

This place is at a very good location. The price is good for the quality. The room itself was nice and clean, the only problem with the room was that it was too noisy. The breakfast is reasonable, but the seating area is in the kitchen, so your clothes will smell like fried oil.

The place is a comfortable hotel in the center of Hanoi, near the train station to Sapa (20 minutes walking) so it's a perfect place to stay some nights in Hanoi. But better than the hotel itself is the staff of the hotel and Tony, the Hotel owner and the way they do anything to satisfy your needs. From booking...

My boyfriend and I had stayed at a hotel just across the street of "Hanoi Victory Hotel" the night before. Fortunately, the hotel we were at was fully booked and we were pointed in the direction of "Hanoi Victory Hotel" Right away they greeted us with a warm welcome and with a large smile confirmed they had a few rooms...

Right in the heart of the action in the old quarter of Hanoi lies this little gem. Very good for the price paid. Staff are very helpful; welcome drink on arrival, tgey order taxis and allow you to prepay, I was even allowed an early check in (8am!) and a late check out which I greatly appreciated. Room was lovely....

Very reasonable priced hotel close to the Ho Hoan Keim Lake in Old quarters Hanoi. Rooms are clean and staff very friendly. It is only a small hotel but has a lift and provides a very enjoyable breakfast and good services. We left part of our luggage there while we travelled lighter on trips through Vietnam and found the staff...

great value for money - our room was very nice and in a wonderful location for exploring all that hanoi has to offer! The hotel owner was very communicative leading up to our arrival and helped us to book a trip to Halong Bay (thank you Tony!). Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the heart...

Perfect location in the heart of the old quarter. Informative staff who we booked a great Halong Bay trip with. Only problems we had was a lot of water leaking from the shower area and some dripping water from the air conditioner. Minor problems and I'll stay here again if I come back to Hanoi.

It is a great hotel, where located in the heart of the Hanoi. The night market was just located the next street from the hotel and it is also near to Hoàn Kiếm Lake, restaurant, shop and others. The room is quite tidy and clean. Friendly and give every care to everything. For example, first day we arrived in Hanoi...

We had a very good service, atentions for nearby trips and quality for what we paid. Rooms are well equiped, modern and in a certain way luxurious. We staid 4 nights in total, not continuosly, but to rest from all the previous trip and the short trips arround Hanoi.
