The rooms are quaint, well maintained and great for couples. The manager stays up for you in case you arrive late and they were super friendly and very helpful! Even asked us what we wanted for breakfast and what time we'd want it so he can cook it for us! And don't worry if you don't know where to begin...

A very nice, clean and relaxing hotel just on the border of old town Hanoi. A great location and if you take a balcony a really nice place to chill after an afternoon of walking in the busy streets nearby. Staff is friendly and breakfast has some nice choices. If I had to mention some minus sides: - inside hallway...

We traveled to Hanoi in July and thankfully chose to stay at Finnegans. From the moment of our late night arrival we knew we had made the right choice when Hanh and Viet were there to greet us at the taxi stand that dropped us off in the middle of a busy street. The room was very comfortable, service was...

The owners Hanh and Viet have done a fantastic job making this hotel a tranquil oasis in the hustle and bustle of Hanoi's streets. Even though only 2 out of our group of 7 were staying here, Hanh made us all feel welcome and provided invaluable help that meant our stay in Vietnam was a memorable one. We had the...

Finnegans has been the best hotel we have stayed in during our visit to South East Asia. We love the decor of the rooms and thought they were very stylish. Our room and the bathroom was spacious and extremely clean. The wifi and A/C was good too. We were very happy with all aspects of our stay, but Viet and...

Finnegan hotel really is one of a kind. Hanh and the rest of the Finnegan's team really do everything they can to make sure you enjoy your time in Hanoi. From advice of where to visit and what to see, to organising our trip around HaLong Bay, nothing seems too much trouble. The decor of the hotel is wonderful, the...

We stayed here for some nights but I am not quite sure why the reviews are so high. We booked two rooms, one for me and my partner and one for his parents. The parents came over to visit as we have already been travelling for two years (so we know what we talk about when it comes to hotels)....

we intended to not response this review but our staying guests told us we should do as they know it's impossible with pee on the seat... We were shock to hear that because we can't give room to the guests without cleaning. We know you were not happy when you came down late for breakfast and you did not have...

Amongst the hustle and bustle of the streets of Hanoi lies Finnegans Hotel. First time in Hanoi and was overwhelmed with how busy it was. Viet and Hanh made our time memorable. Not only with a good breakfast great room but advise on what to do and see. Recommended to my friends and family. 😀😀😀

It also satisfies your curiosity by just few minute walking to discover famed tourist attractions, such as Hoan Kiem Lake (Lake of Sword Restored), Water Puppet Theatre, Night Market, Opera House, History Museum, One Pillar Pagoda, Temple Of Literature, Art Museum, etc. With the greatest love of ancient Hanoi and passion about hospitability field, I started to open the family hotel in an effort to pursuit my dream. Coming to my hotel, you will be pleased with the cozy and friendly atmosphere created through “like-brother-and-sister” staff; however, professional serving style is definitely maintained. It is proved through ten-year experience in hotel service. Despite lacking of five-star facilities, I always remind myself of putting my heart, soul and great effort to give the most memorable experience for you, even more than five- star service. Being one of my friends, you will be warmly welcomed through my hospitability, trustworthy and caring with all my heart. If Hanoi is your most preferable choice for your trip, Finnegans hotel is your perfect and unforgettable destination for relaxing. ... more   less
