Pro's - attractive room - friendly staff but could have been more helpful. Will give you a map and quickly send you on your way. Con's - the photos on the website show that the Deluxe Double Room has a window, but its misleading as it's only a decoration and not a functional window. There’s a brick wall on the...

One of the owner, Hanh, is not very friendly. He's little brother and wife are very nice instead. They have one towel/person in the room. When we asked for two extra towels, Hanh said that those are the rules of the hotel and can not give us more. The room is noisy until midnight. The breakfast is akward. You have...

Kind, welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived (fresh fruit waiting for us). Helped us greatly with trips to Halong bay, sa pa and a flight to da nang and gave us honest info. Rooms are tidy and fine. Good location in old town.

We had a two week stay in Vietnam and enjoyed our stop here in Hanoi so much we came back for another night after our trip to Halong Bay! The staff were wonderful. We had lots of great food recommendations ( not just for Hanoi but to take with us to Hoi An!). We stayed in two rooms both very...

This was our favourite hotel in Hanoi so far. Very friendly staff. Great advice and price for tour. We got extra free private airport pick up beside huge discount for the trip to halong bay. We love their breakfast as well... we'll come back for sure

We came here late at night, after another hotel double-booked us. When we inspected the room, I said I was worried about noise, and I tried to sit in the room for a few seconds to gauge how loud it would be. The staff seemed to take offense to this, and basically ushered us out and told us to find...

This is a very central hotel in the middle of the old quarter in Hanoi. It is not for those who want peaceful time. It is totally in the hub of real life in Hanoi. The owner and his wife were very helpful and friendly. They gave us tips and directions to all the main sights. We hit Hanoi at...

Comfortable room, delicious breakfast, and helpful staff who make sure you don't pay more for extras such laundry and taxi fares. We were here during the TET holiday season which was quiet except for the noisy backpackers hostel nearby. Being on the edge of the Old Quarter, it is a bit of a walk to the southern part of the...

Great little hotel with really helpful owners. They couldn't do enough for us. They recommended the best local street food, restaurants, must see places in the city and a great little cafe for egg coffee (a must try when visiting Hanoi). We booked our tour for Halong Bay through them and they recommended a safe overnight boat cruise which was...

Had a great time at Finnegans hotel. We didn't have much planned for our stay in Hanoi, however we knew we wanted to visit Halong Bay and Sapa from there. The hotel owners were so great in helping us organise these trips and making sure we'd would fit all that we wanted to do in to our plans. The breakfasts...

Coming to my hotel, you will be pleased with the cozy and friendly atmosphere created through “like-brother-and-sister” staff; however, professional serving style is definitely maintained. It is proved through ten-year experience in hotel service. Despite lacking of five-star facilities, I always remind myself of putting my heart, soul and great effort to give the most memorable experience for you, even more than five- star service.
