A pleasant stay, and no major complaints. Reasonably good value for money, the place was clean and efficiently run, and the breakfast was good. We would consider staying here again if we return to Hue.

Along the way the driver passed me the phone and I was greeted by someone who said that the driver had very bad English and where were we going! We pulled up to our destination and...

We were tricked into staying at this hotel by a scam that is prevalent in Hanoi. A taxi stopped at what we thought was our intended destination but was in fact no where near and a guy pretended that the hotel was full but that their was room in their sister hotel. The hotel itself was fine but it was...
