I spent one night only here and wish to come back in the future because the hotel is very nice. Room with balcony and breakfast with a lot of good food. Chester is a good host. He is friendly and mindful. 직원들 모두 영어 잘 하시고 친절하시고 너무 기분 좋게 머물다 갑니다! 다시 여기 오고 싶을 정도예요! 너무 좋았어요:) 감사합니다~!
Our rooms were much larger than we expected. Location could not have been better walking distance to everything, only issue for us was weekends music playing outside till 10pm (not hotels fault). We had some minor safety issues in the swimming area and had the manager personally visit us to ensure we were ok which we really appreciated. Staff were so lovely we would love to come back
Enjoyed our stay on the premises. Facilities are well designed and amenities are very well displayed. Bar on terrace is great with a pool though small but still a nice touch. But what I love more about this hotel is the caring staff. Everyone I met seemed really friendly but one stood out that was a staff member whose name is Chester. My dad suffered from severe slipped disc and we both got our wrists dislocated in Halong bay and he addressed us as soon as we arrived. As mentally exhausted that one could be, he did all of it out of good intentions and respect to cheer us up so nothing was too much trouble. The guy could be caring and hilarious at times. (Occasionally made fun of my dad’s condition to bring the house down - succeeded) 5/5. Definitely will return.
1. Good looking facilities 2. Comfortable rooms 3. Lake view Sky Bar 4. Breakfast with many options 5. Staff always show their hospitality especially Chester who helped celebrate a small birthday party of a member of our group. He helped arrange nice seats, prepared cake and coffee. Sending thanks to the staff from Malaysia. Will come back some day!
Well located Hotel close to all the hustle and bustle of busy Hanoi, and Pub Street was a different experience but well worth seeing as only two blocks away. Nice Pool with friendly service and a great breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Having come all the way to Hanoi from Australia, I’d never expected too much. But it turned out quite well surprisingly. Though the weather was unpredictable which made it impossible to travel without prior notice, I thoroughly enjoyed my time in the hotel without having to look for attractions. A pool on the rooftop is a nice touch. Sky bar is terrific that keeps me up early to see the sunrise and stay up late for some extra drinks. Staff are accommodating especially Chester who does a wonderful job as a customer service. Definitely try some traditional noodle soups in the morning made by the chef.
I spent a very pleasant week in the Tirant Hotel, no complaints. There is one staff member, Chester the restaurant manager who stood head and shoulders above everyone else. He was super friendly and efficient and nothing was too much for him to handle. He mingled with the guests at the same time making sure his team were performing to a high standard. A very capable and valuable member of staff whom I hope will be rewarded for his dedication. Thank you Chester.
I enjoy my stay so much. Room is spacious. Good amenities. Staff are accommodating especially Chester. He’s good customer service and does great barista work turning Vietnamese coffee into Latte. The weather could have been better. It’s kind of disappointing but staying in the hotel watching the rain is amusing. Tips: mind the traffic. 직원분들이 너무너무 친절하고 조식 존맛탱입니다. 진심으로 추천! 방도 깨끗하고 돈 조금 더 주고 여기 이용하세요! 진심강추
The location is right in the middle of the Old Quarter. We returned after Covid, and found that the hotel was renovated and put on completely different outfit, but one thing remains: it is the kind, courteous and charming staff that once again, made our stay memorable. From the moment we arrived, some of the staff recognized us and welcomed us warmly, which we were very surprised, considering how many customers they meet during the day. The breakfast staff was so kind and caring, the buffet was abundant and plentyful. During our 4 day stay, we were able to enjoy different Vietnamese soup each day (got to admit though, pho chicken was still number 1). The room was spacious, tastefully designed and very convenient (we booked an Exe. room with a small balcony looking over the street, which turns into a farmer market in the morning, very nice to watch). Even though the Tirant hotel is only 2 short minute walk to the sword lake, and near the bustle area where there are bars and restaurants, it was on a quite street so we enjoy peace and still can get all the actions when needed. On Sat., there was a band playing and the music was loud, but it stopped at 10pm, so honestly, we found it entertaining and were not disturbed at all. The pool and the Skyline on the rooftop were match made in heaven, we love our cool beer by the pool, especially during Happy Hour which the restaurant staff were very happily recommended. The view was fantastic and beautiful at night. All in all, we love our stay and were very happy to see some same faces. Congrats and we hope to see everyone soon. S.& A.…
Spent 2 seperate nights here. It was my first hotel in Vietnam on way to Sapa. The rooms are clean spacious and dare i say luxurious. The staff are attentive and efficient. The breakfast was superb at the top of the hotel with excellent views as is the Skyber. I would recommend this hotel as a first stay. Perfectly located for the many Hanoi locations worth visiting such as the night markets the lake and the old quarter. Despite the heat and noise of Hanoi, the rooms are airconditioned and good sound proofing mean the room is a haven of tranquility after a busy day of touring
