Centrally located in the Old Quarter of Hanoi. Staff welcoming, clean. Small lobby with a ladies fashion store there. Our room 801 was a good size. Had a nice balcony and great views. Nice roof top bar and restaurant with great views, definitely worth a visit. Breakfast was fresh and lots of choice in foods. Great coffee. As with most...

We stayed at the Tirant hotel for 5 nights during our stay in Hanoi. The hotel is a lovely hotel , staff are friendly and always helpful. Room was lovely and cleaned daily. Breakfast was plentiful with views across Hanoi from the skyline restaurant. Location was very central , walking distance from the night market, beer corner, lake and Hanoi...

Checked in on 28th Jan 17 with another couple and were allotted 2 "superior rooms", best described as a small windowless dungeon. Wrote back to our travel agent and he said he would look into it. On our return from Halong Bay we were offered better larger rooms. Bathrooms could have been better - water from the shower cubicle leaked...

Thank you so much for the most amazing stay. I have travelled a fair bit and never stayed any where as nice as here. To John, Julia and Bella that made us feel so welcome. This place is a must stay. The breakfast is amazing and the rooms are so nice too. Thank you again Tirant for making our stay...

We stayed for 4 nights from 10th Feb. On arrival from long flight from HEATHROW we where told at 6am we could not check in until 12 noon. So we spent 3 hours walking around the lake looking for coffee. We where shattered so went back to the hotel and they did manage to check us in early at 9am...

A decent standard of Hotel that has maintained itself well. Reception staff exceptionally helpful. Not just when asked, but also providing great support when they see problems. Room was a good size and comfortable. Well equipped. Only grumble was that it faced the street and could be a bit noisy. Restaurant on the top floor with good views across the...

Such a perfect spot in Hanoi. We stayed here during our honeymoon for 3 nights. Staff were lovely and extremely helpful. Our room was excellent and they thoughtfully prepared wine roses and sweets as part of our room! Breakfast was great. Rooftop bar for dinner and drinks allowed for a spectacular view and delicious meal. Front desk helpfully exchanged money...

The tirant hotel is superbly located right in the middle of the old quarter. Everywhere is within walking distance. The staff are all so friendly and even made a birthday cake for my friend which was a lovely surprise. Breakfast was good and the sky bar views were amazing! Overall a great stay

Well located, clean and efficiently operated. Staff are courteous, helpful and friendly. Breakfast in rooftop restaurant was really good and Skyline bar is serene, special and feels like miles from the chaos of the Old Quarter downstairs. Great view. Would recommend higher level rooms, as early morning din from the street can disturb your sleep. Rooms really lovely, especially those...
