I stayed here for 10 days on a work-trip and was blown away. Even my colleagues who are not easily impressed, commented on how nice the property is. On top of that, the food quality and selection is superb, which is usually not the case at an international hotel chain. I had both breakfast and lunch multiple times at this...

The customer service is really good. They offered to us a fresh juice when we arrived. The room is excellent. Any noise from the street. Double windows. Breakfast was great. Not too big but you can eat a big range of things from the menu. You can exchange money at the reception. Overall, this hotel is a very good choice.

I'm not too sure about this hotel! Firstly the location is fantastic, and the service too, especially at reception and at breakfast. But the rooms were a real disapointment.....we sampled two during our trip, and neither were right somehow. Beds are very very high. The shower rooms dizzingly decorated. Most rooms seem to look out onto the central enclosed atrium,...

We stayed here for 5 nights. Firstly I must say that the beds and pillows are the most comfortable I have ever slept in whilst staying in a hotel. The rooms are nice, and so are the bathrooms, but we had an issue with the bendy side lights that wouldn't stay put where we needed them. Reception were friendly and...

It's the bed we noticed first - so tall I thought I'd need a step ladder to climb up (if you do, there's one in the cupboard) but once in that bed, I never wanted to get out of it. So so comfortable. Outside the horns are sinking and the traffic is manic, but in here it's peaceful and quiet....

Dear Jo T Thank you for taking time to provide feedback on Hotel de l'Opera Hanoi, MGallery by Sofitel. I am glad that you found our signature bed comfortable and felt relaxed in the room. It's lovely to know that you also like the mosaic tiles which, I think, brighten and bring up the aesthetics in the bathrooms. Your comments...

We stayed her as our first night on our honeymoon and we weren't disappointed. The hotel is in a great location and staff were attentive and always happy to help. Breakfast buffet was also lovely. The thing that really made the hotel for us was that on arrival we were greeted by the general manager to congratulate us on our...

Rooms - huge and comfortable beds on high platforms, need to climb into them but a little step ladder is provided in the cupboard, if needed. Large bathrooms with interesting glass mosaic floor. Everything was very clean and all amenities provided including an umbrella to borrow. Very pleasant and attentive staff. The location was fabulous near the Opera, major squares, parks and restaurants. The property had gracious Vietnamese service with the marks of a luxury French hotel. We enjoyed breakfast in the pleasant cafe

The hotel is in a good location near the Hoan Kiem lake and the Old Quarter. We stayed here twice during our trip. The bedrooms follow a theme but each has an individual touch.
