This hostel is very central and the staff are very nice, but unfortunately my problem with this hotel was with the room I was allocated. I can't speak for all rooms, as they may very well be different, but room 567 which is located at the very top (about 5 levels of stairs) is positioned at the back of the...

We were put in room 566 (top floor) which seemed ok in the beginning... This room had no real window, and the bathroom had no ventilation whatsoever. The mirrors were foggy untill the next morning and the smell of wet ashtray in the bathroom was unbearable. The waterpump for the whole facility was also located right above the room which...

A hidden gem of a hotel right in the center of of the Old Quarters in Hanoi, only minutes walk to the lake, shopping & restaurants. The service is 5 star, staff very friendly & helpful & will take care of your every need. The hotel is simple & small, but the rooms are clean & beds comfortable. The rooms...

Great location with busy streets either side for plenty of places to eat/drink. Down a quiet alley so not too noisy. Rooms clean, comfortable and warm (it was very cold when we visited) aircon that actually works, hot and cold. Hotel staff lovely and welcome drink of tea ( much appreciated ) also organised a car collection for airport which...

Two friends and I were looking for a reasonable well located hotel in or near the old quartet in Hanoi and after many tries in different places we find the best deal in the Camel City Hotel, located right in the heart of the old quartet we were able to get around most places by walking. The staff is super...

I stayed here for a few days whilst I photographed Hanoi. Staff are excellent and the hotel is very cozy. The location is also good. Nice neighbourhood. Miss Hoa at reception was excellent. A few families and singles stayed at this hotel whilst I was there. No complaints from them.

Camel City Hotel was booked by online website for our stay in Hanoi Old Quarter. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel and thought the staff were exceptional. The hotel was a short walk to Hoan Kiem Lake and right in the Centre. The hotel breakfast was amazing, lovely and fresh. Would definitely consider staying again and recommending to others.

Being particular about balancing aesthetic appeal with price we were happy to find The Camel City Hotel. Shuttered windows and a balcony overlook a quiet lane providing a glimpse of Hanoi lifestyle. And yet he incredible buzz of street life in this amazing part of the city is just a few steps away. The room was spacious compared with another...
