I booked two nights at this hotel online and ended up staying two weeks! The hotel is perfectly situated if you you want to be smack bang in the middle of the busiest backpacker/ tourist bars restaurants, temples and markets. What really made the stay for me was the attentions of the wonderful An, receptionist. Her constant professionalism, lovely smile...

In a side alley off Dao Duy Tu Street this is a quiet well run hotel. Prices are very good. Thanks to front office staff member Trung for his smile and for making our children's stay so much fun! Wifi good per floor and plenty of cheap good restaurants all around.

Everything you need for exploring Hanoi! Trung was really friendly and helpful and organized our trip to Halong Bay. We could leave our baggage at the hotel and they provided a shower after the excursion.

Our stay at Camel City was a very pleasant stay. The bath tub was much appreciated and the staff always made sure our needs were met from the time we arrived, especially Trung. The location of the hotel was also great. We would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The camel city hotel is a nice clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff. We stayed here for 3 nights in a superior double bedroom and it was an enjoyable stay. It's location is excellent with many places to eat and drink located with in less then a minutes walk. Very convenient. Trung was very helpful with everything we needed.

5 star customer service. Perfect location in the Old Quarter. Fresh fruit, juice, and made to order eggs, toast, and jam were a great way to start every day. All the staff (room cleaners, bellmen, breakfast staff, reception) were top notch. I would definitely stay here again!

Nice hotel right in the old quarter with an excellent, central location. The building itself is gorgeous and old - high ceilings, nice decor, and new floors. The breakfast, too, is good. However, it's a little antiquated. My Lonely Planet guide recommended this hotel, but the guide is from 2014. My guess is that this hotel was pretty good then,...

A good place to stay in Hanoi! Really very nice staff especially An, the friendly receptionnist, who help me a lot. The location is perfect near to Ta Hien but in a quiet street. The museums are also not so far. Rooms are clean.
