Very basic hotel but very well located. Staff is nice. However, expect a rusty shower and very hard matresses. Breakfast is ok, with eggs, pastries, and fresh food. Oberall, the hotel is Ok for one night.

The staff here are very helpful! They can book cars, tours and anything you would need while in Hanoi. They even walk you out to the waiting taxi because cars can't go down this lane. The location is great as well. It's located on a quiet alley in the middle of the Old Quarter. And just at the end of...

The staff of this hotel is friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, and the location is in the heart of the old quarter. The old quarter is a busy place, if you are looking for a quiet place better stay in another area of the city, closer to the Hoan Kiem district.
