We stayed here as part of an Overseas Adventure Travel (OAT) group. The rooms were great and the food for breakfast had a great selection. The lobby is nice for sitting and relaxing. There is an ATM near the hotel and you can exchange money at reception.

It is my first time to come to this hotel. i like its location, there are some local restaurant, food stall and not so crowded. Their service is good, the room and the food are decent, but they need to improve cleanliness. Overall, it is a nice hotel to stay at hanoi.

Excellent and thoroughly modern hotel in central Hanoi. Gracious and helpful staff. Well appointed rooms. Free Wifi (and it works!) Great breakfast buffet with all the Asian and European favorites. Comfortable bed. Hotel has its own rooster to give you your wake-up call--only kidding, sort of. Very reasonable rates. I paid $75 per night.

We stayed here for three nights as part of a 16 person group touring Thailand and Vietnam for 30 days. We were in a corner room with two beds on the 5th floor. The area was located at a busy intersection and extremely noisey with non stop honking horns but seemed to quiet down from about 10:00 Pm to around...

We flew into Hanoi two days early to acclimate to the twelve hour time change. We stayed in the May de Ville Old Quarter (also reviewed) just for an experience in a different part of the city. Noon was check out and check in so it was an easy cab ride to the new hotel. Same wonderful breakfast and comfortable...

Stayed 4 nights --staff and service great. Room large, clean and comfortable. Great breakfast buffet included. Small gym and spa available. Close to a few good restaurants, convenience store and easy walk to other sights. Cannot say enough about responsiveness of staff. Every time we asked them to call a taxi they went outside and made sure the driver understood...

I stayed here for four nights. The rooms are adequate, but fine if you just want somewhere to sleep and shower, as well as being centrally located. As other reviewers have mentioned, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the rooftop bar was being renovated, so I can't comment, but the breakfast buffet was ok, and the in-house dining...

We were booked into here by our tour company prior to starting a trip through Vietnam. As such it was ideal. Rooms were clean and tidy even if they had not always used a spirit level when installing the tv and aircon. If you were wanting somewhere that offered more than a good nights sleep and breakfast then go elsewhere...

We have been part of a tour and only stayed for one night, so the value we got was exactly the price we paid! Not expensive and not first class, but enough for a night and a good morning start. The welcome reception was very friendly, especially when we discovered my travel agency has send me to the wrong branch...

This hotel was right in the middle of the city and it was nice to take a walk around the place. Saw a lot of people selling flowers and fruits around this place. Lots of places are quite near by walking distance from here
