Situation in West Hanoi- bit of a seedy district but handy for the railway station. Hard bed and room 403 must be reserved for those who only stay one night!? No window, marked walls, dated bathroom but clean bed linen. Good wifi, good shower, good a/c. Breakfast was ok and staff were very helpful. Coffee was good. Booked a taxi...

We have been in Vietnam two weeks and this is the worst place we had stayed and the most expensive, I just do not thing the hotel warrants the price. We have been staying in private rooms for between £7-£12 and all were cleaner, better equipped and of higher standard. We had two rooms, the first room had flies all...

Spent two nights here. Staff were really friendly and very helpful! Rooms were clean and with fast WiFi. Breakfast was tasty with a nice selection of fresh fruit. One of the best hotels we've stayed at so far on our travels! Only downside was that the water never heated up, was rather tepid.

The hotel was nice, except that the bed was hard as a rock, and the shower water didn't get that warm. The staff were very helpful, and the breakfast was pretty good. The elevator did not go higher than to the 7th floor, so we had to climb the next ones in the stairs. But in the end, the hotel...

Found out just before we left that it had changed its name..... probably because it really needs some investment. Our room was tiny, with no real window (it looked out on the passage, so had to have a blind on it. The bathroom was shabby: the toilet pan was broken and the floor of the shower was covered in a...

I stayed here for 3 nights, it is located in the old quarter, but it's not too loud or busy where the hotel is. The staff were very friendly and helpful, they sat down with me and noted down on a map all the good places to see / eat etc, they booked cabs for me. Good value.

I spent 4-nights here over the course of a week, using the hotel as my base from which I could tour Ha Long Bay & Sapa. The hotel is cozy, comfy, clean - the staff is charming, helpful, & friendly. Oh - and great breakfasts too. Amazing to find a quiet place in the heart of the old sector!! Special...
