All around okay hotel but immediately when we got there Lee(not sure if he's the owner) was very pushy on us booking every single activity with him. We clearly expressed that we wanted some time to rest after our 45 hours of travel. he did not listen, he also gave us advice on where to eat and it was the...

The location is great and right in the heart of the Old Quarter, which provides a good base for exploring the area. The rooms are quite small and the photos are misleading (we struggled to get our luggage into the room) and the hotel itself is a bit run down. The reception staff are friendly, but the breakfast area needs...

My husband and I stayed in this hotel and can't praise the staff enough for their effort and courtesy. Really remarkable. Even after checking out they still helped us. The hotel was very clean, quiet, comfortable and in easy walking distance to all attraction.

The staff at this airy, immaculate, very fairly priced hotel is what made me want to stay, and then return again just to be around the pleasant ambience. Conviently located on a leafy edge of the Old Quarter, the small block it sits on offers great pho, brochettes, fruit salads and a stable neighborhood near the lively streets but away...

Situation in West Hanoi- bit of a seedy district but handy for the railway station. Hard bed and room 403 must be reserved for those who only stay one night!? No window, marked walls, dated bathroom but clean bed linen. Good wifi, good shower, good a/c. Breakfast was ok and staff were very helpful. Coffee was good. Booked a taxi...

Stayed 1 week here, evervything was alright. Good breakfasts. The staff is helpfull, Lee even escorted me to the police station and made the interpret after the lost of my telephone in the street, which finally solved the situation.

We have been in Vietnam two weeks and this is the worst place we had stayed and the most expensive, I just do not thing the hotel warrants the price. We have been staying in private rooms for between £7-£12 and all were cleaner, better equipped and of higher standard. We had two rooms, the first room had flies all...

Spent two nights here. Staff were really friendly and very helpful! Rooms were clean and with fast WiFi. Breakfast was tasty with a nice selection of fresh fruit. One of the best hotels we've stayed at so far on our travels! Only downside was that the water never heated up, was rather tepid.
