We were transferred to The Time Hote as the hotel we had booked (Serenity Hotel 2) was overbooked. It was utterly disgusting. We were given a room on the fifth floor that seemed like it had been uninhabited for years. The room was completely mouldy and stank of mould and there was a large hole in the roof. It was...

Stayed here for 1 night. The a/c in our first (very small) room was not working so we were moved without bother to a new bigger room. The room was clean with a modern bathroom but had no window so was a little stuffy. Also the wifi didn't work on our floor. Staff were lovely, even bringing me breakfast in...

We have stayed in some pretty bad rooms during our one year abroad and have never complained until this hotel. The room was terrible, #508. The first thing we noticed was the huge mold stains covering half of the ceiling. We said it was OK since we were only going to stay one night. The TV didn't work nor did...

I arrived at the time hotel having booked through booking.com and they said I couldn't stay there and walked me round to the apple hotel which they also owned. The room was tiny, hardly enough room for me and my rucksack. It was also really dirty.

The staff does not speak English at all, and the rooms are dirty and have water damage and mold. They also CLOSE THE DOOR occasionally. What hotel does that?! I returned to the hotel alone at 11 PM and it was closed. It was also closed in daytime when we came back from a meal. They play loud party music...

We arrived in Hanoi and where taken to the wrong hotel , apparently there is the time hotel and the times hotel. When I asked the lady at the desk about being at the wrong hotel she told me "the time hotel" was under renovation, so we unpacked and it was a very unglamourous room, we walked about 2 kilometres...

A Good place to stay in Hanoi for small budget. In the old quarter (36 streets), it's a good place to stay. If you arrive by bus with THESINTOURIST, you just have to turn at righthand when you see the stone door. Clean, good WIFI, cheap, it's a good place to stay in Hanoi (less than 10 min by walk...

This is a terrible hotel. They promise a lot of things that at the end are not true...For example the said to us: "the price include a really nice breakfast with many options at the top of the building in ur beatiful restaurant". the next morning we ask for our "nice" breakfast and they said only could offer us Pho...

This was an incredible disappointment. Apart from the entire place appearing to be somewhat grimy, we found handles missing from wardrobes and even evidence on the wall of an electrical fire of some point at a socket in the bedroom. With one or two exceptions, the staff were pretty unhelpful, in one case becoming downright sleazy when one receptionist tried...
