Great location right in the heart of old quarter. The staff is very kind, willing to help in every moment. They even organized the additional meal when we were tired after travel. We really enjoyed our stay in Hanoi.

My family stayed in Symphony hotel on 17th & 20th Oct 2015, everything were perfert, from service to equipment, expecially their staff, very friendly and helpful, whatever we always checked in after midnight & required a lot exception 😁(4 people in the same single room 'cause they out of room, keep our luggage on 2 days we went to Sapa,...)...

This hotel definitely deserves a score of 20 out of 10. The extra 10 marks should go to the owner of this hotel. He is such a nice gentleman. He is always present and personally takes care of each requirement of every guest. He even fights with local Rickshaw pullers if they charge more money from his guests. Location is...

located in the busy old quarter, but surprisingly quiet a night and a great place to sit on the balcony and watch the hectic world of ha noi traffic. staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was adequate and the room a decent size.

Fantastic service at this small but very well maintained property. Rooms are very clean, tidy and well serviced. Beds are a bit firm but good. Hot showers. Got to the hotel by accident after having a "surprise" extra night in Hanoi after getting back from Halong Bay.
