The location is excellent, within walking distance to most of the good things you want to visit in the old quarter, with perfect access to the nightlife. The hotel was smart and tidy but the best thing were the staff. They could not have been better. They did everything they could to please. The breakfast was very good too. My...

We stayed here for two nights. Location are strategic. The room is comfortable and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful especially the manager, Ms. Rosie. She helped us get to know our way around and organized tours for both Halong Bay and Sapa. Overall, our stay at Hanoi Legacy was fabulous and value for money.

We stayed here for 3 nights. The staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful. We booked an overnight Halong Bay Cruise via the hotel's travel desk (Ms Rosie Hong was very helpful, speaks wonderful English and gave us honest tips regarding the tour). The hotel organized it, so that we could leave our main luggage there, while on the cruise, which...

We stayed here for only one night,it was cheap and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They even gave us a free update,so we actually had a window in our room. However, taking a closer look at the room and its corners you saw that it was old, shabby and not well taken care of. In the morning after having used...

On arrival at this hotel, my friend and I were told that they did not have a room for us, despite booking and paying in June and having a confirmation number we were given the option of staying in their newer hotel acrosd town. This would have been fine if all they could offer us there was one bed and...

While the building itself may not have been perfect, the stay definitely exceeded our expectations, especially at the price we paid. The staff were extremely helpful and booked us a bus for our return leg even when we were no longer staying at the hotel. On our return from halong bay we were offered a shower and they were happy...

We stayed at this hotel for a few nights when we first got to Hanoi. The hotel is located right in the middle of the Old Quarter. This can be good if you want to party, but if you are just passing through Hanoi or want to relax, this location is very hectic. On the upside: The price was good,...

I won't write a good nor bad review, but our experience at the legacy hotel wasn't that great. There was a nasty smell in our room and there were no Windows wich was claustrophobic, plus the shower wich was new looked dirty.. The location was very good and so was the breakfast. De staff was nice but they charged us...
