This was definitely the best hotel we stayed at when in Vietnam. The location was perfect, the breakfast was delicious but most importantly the staff has been exceeding all our expectations. They recommended different activities and were really kind and helpful. The rooftop bar is also offering a great view on the surrounding area with nice cocktails in the menu. We stayed 3 nights at La Sinfonía del Rey. The welcoming was great. The hotel is beautiful, the staff is so attentive and helpful. They took charge of everything we nedeed and they were always friendly and supportive. Breakfast is very complete and tasty and they also have an amazing iced vietnamese Coffee with wich you should start your day ;) Beds are big and comfy, decoration is smart and cosy. We also booked with them the stay and tour in Sapa and a streetfood tour and cooking class in Hanoi. The experience in Hanoi was amazing. Both streetfood tour and cooking class were quite a experience and we enjoyed a very local feeling. View from the rooftop is lovely and the hotel is close to everything by walking. Food in the restaurant is good. They have great Pho Bo but also a good carbonara and beef. So, if you are not willing to have local food, you have great choices here. Anne, Rose, the doormen, the barmen and everybody was just great. We strongly recommend a stay in here on your journey through Vietnam.…

Our stay here was excellent. The staff were extremely helpful and the room was comfortable. The room’s AC worked wonderfully, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious/extensive(a good range of foods to try). The customer service was what really made it special. We came by before we took an overnight train to SaPa and they let us shower and leave our luggage even though we were not going to check in until we came back from SaPa. Additionally, Rose was lovely and made sure that we knew of all the local foods to try, set up massages for us at the spa, and even arrange a car to the airport/late check out for no charge! They were so kind, and we definitely felt pampered!

Though we stayed in many hotels, local & overseas before, we (2couples on a private tour visiting Vietnam for first time in our lives) thoroughly felt the warm reception as soon as we stepped into this hotel. We were particularly impressed by its Guest Relations Agent, Ms Jeniffer who spend much time showing us what & where are the various places of interest and more popular, specialty f&b outlets, on a map of Hanoi. She even gave us her contact in case we got lost or simply need any help whatsoever. The manager Ms Hue was also very accommodating and attentive to our few requests. Their and other hotel staff exuded the warmest of civility and culture of Vietnamese people. Besides the wonderfully friendly services we received, the rooms we stayed in were spacious, clean and a balcony with good view of the buzzing street. We like the Sky Bar at top of hotel so much that we spent every night there. The night air was really fresh & cooling and an enchanting night view of the city. A nostalgic feeling of home-coming when we returned to stay in this same hotel after our trips to Ninh Binh & Halong Bay. We stayed here for 2 + 1 nights and we all slept very well on the snowy white clean towels, sheets and the most comfortable (hotel) pillows ever. Its strategic location is also a plus-plus one; as we could walk to almost all the places we visited, saving much $$ for transport. This is an awesome place to stay in Hanoi especially for first timers like us. It’s a more than 5-star experience of hotel and its staff’s services all round. …

Wonderful stay with an awesome staff. nice rooms and perfect location. Almost everything is in walking distance if you don't mind taking some steps. Not to forget the rooftop bar that offers a great view. I would definitely recommend and would be back whenever in Hanoi.

Ly is a fantastic masseuse. She really hit all the right pressure points and relieved my body aches and pains. Kudos to her for also taking the time to switch her schedule to accommodate my earlier flight despite being on the afternoon shift!

Beautiful boutique hotel and wonderful staff in a great location. Very nice rooftop bar overlooking the lake, lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Also, a professional and relaxing spa is in the hotel. The treatments were wonderful. I highly recommend the hotel and spa.
