There was a problem in our originally planned hotel, so we ended up here for 1 night. People at the reception were friendly and helpfull. There's an elevator, which is great. Our experience with the room isn't as good as others: no windows and it was really messy (im talking literally cockroach-messy). It was really noisy as well: we heard...

Apart from the hotel itself being everything we needed, the bare necessities, and a great location -- the staff surprised my boyfriend with a birthday cake upon our arrival. Kevin made sure we feel right at home and got to see everything we wanted. Hope to come back in the future!!

This small hotel is in a great location close to the lake in Hanoi and to the famous pub street where the night life is for food drinks and sheesha bars. The staff was so lovely and helped us so much with buses flights etc. Breakfast was included and was more than enough - banana pancake is really good. If...

Room size and cleanliness is average, however the location is great, very near to night market. The hot water works well (very important in Hanoi temperature) and we got free breakfast that we could choose between bread or noodles. Wish that the blanket is a little thicker though cause the room is still quite cold. Considering the price, this is...
