Great location to experience the Vietnamese culture. Right outside the hotel one can experience the homespun market scene, a treat for most Western travelers. All Hanoi attractions are within walking distance or short cab ride from the Hotel. Best of all the staff in this hotel made us feel like royalty. They went out of their way to pamper us...

After reading the great reviews we chose the Elegance Ruby as our first Hotel in Vietnam, We have not been disappointed on arriving we were greeted with fresh juice and a cold hand towel. Shown to our room and given maps and information about where we were and what we might like to do. Nothing is too much trouble for...

When we were picked up to go to the train for Sapa, several staff made a point of ensuring we would be met in LaoCai and on our return journey...

I think it was good quality for the price. I booked through agoda, it was...

Needless to say, this hotel is definitely a bargain for the kind of service and room provided. After backpacking through Vietnam with a couple of friends for 3 weeks, my pockets were getting pretty empty. We wanted to find a nice, clean place that is convenient and affordable at the same time. After walking into the hotel, I was instantly...

A true gem in Hanoi - great hotel, nice and clean room, superb staff that goes above and beyond to make sure you have a wonderful stay. My family arrived in Hanoi on Jan 4th - our first time ever. We didn't know anything about the area or the people. We got in a taxi and told him we wanted...
