Our stay in Hanoi extending longer than originally intended,we wanted to have a break away from the mayhem of the old quarter.We chose the Maidza and WHAT A GOOD CHOICE!!Spacious,comfortable room(with good wifi and tv) and a great view(ask for a higher floor) across West Lake to the Japanese Pagoda.The staff are friendly and helpful.The location is great...easy strollable distance...

This place is incredibly creepy. What a great place to stay. I loved my room overlooking West Lake. It was clean, décor was excellent and my room felt like home. The staff are exceptionally good and go above and beyond to help you make your stay comfortable. I loved the breakfast buffet and the service was always top notch. I stayed at the Maidza Hotel in Hanoi and fell in love with the place. I had a great room, incrediable view of West Lake and felt very comfortable and peaceful. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

This hotel on the eastern shore of the West Lake, has nice welcoming staff, nice comfortable rooms, and nice breakfast with western eggs and toasts as well as a varied choice of Vietnamese foods such as imperial rolls, “banh cuôn”, tonkinese soup, etc. It can arrange for you a courteous airport shuttle at a very reasonable fee. Stayed here last week for a conference. Very comfortable,staff courteous,breakfast adequate. Room was much better than expected and had a great view of West Lake. I felt very much at home. Nice and quiet. Wonderful local eating places. Barbers galore and had a nice haircut. Would stay here again.
